You can trust this guys with eyes wide shut!

Apart from the great product, great features and really fair price and value for money, let me tell you what is the big difference here: Support! Pre-sales was just amazing. And the few times I requested support, the problem was me doing something wrong or something wrong with the devices. And still... this support team stayed with me with full attention till it worked. Human real person support! With google meet and screen sharing... until I got it working. Waited less than 3 minutes for someone grab the chat.

And for me, this is the most valuable thing in a service. TRUST. And I trust this guys and know that if something happens... they'll be there really fast human to human.

Congratulations to this team that developed a great product with great features and outstanding world class human support.

I’ve been a professional client of…

I’ve been a professional client of theirs for the past 3 years now. And every time I had any concerns or technical issues that I was trying to resolve. They would immediately get involved and resolve the issues. Plus they’re now 24/7 full time support. I have literally been in communication with them in the early morning hours due to availability on my end. And each time they were proactive in supporting me with a positive solo. And finally their monthly cost for their livestream services are a bargain!

Fantastic Tech Support on a Great Platform

We switched to OneStream.live from Restream.io a couple years ago. Basically a better feature set at a better price. We have been very happy with the serivce. More than that, though, their technical support team is amazing. I've had a couple of issues that needed their help, and they stayed on it and resolved the issues very quickly. Most recently we experienced some trouble getting stream desciriptions to show up properly on one social media platform. From the time I first reported the issue to the time it was resolved a couple days later they kept me informed, asked questions, had me share my screen a couple of times. In other words, they didn't stop working on it until it was resolved. Can't remember the last time I had such a positive experience with technical customer support. We're with them for the long haul.

AVOID at all costs!

Shockingly bad customer service. Have been complaining about our broadband service since Nov with no resolution, in short they won’t send a new router or do anything to resolve the problem without signing us up to a new contract. They don’t manage complaints properly, It feels the whole company is a scam.
