Awful
Awful. Still yet to receive the order, fobbed off with copy and paste replies, been over 2 weeks from order, they still don't have a clue where it is. They get back to you saying our logistics team will get back to you in 3-5 days etc. Brilliant, thanks for that!!! More time waiting.

Really worth investing in this product.
I received my Physion Mini gun within 48 hours. Perfect weight particularly for travelling.
Used this morning after PB deadlifts yesterday on a slightly uncomfortable rear shoulder pain. Within minutes felt better so did not my affect my game of golf today.

Absolutely horrendous customer service
Absolutely horrendous customer service. 5 minutes after I placed my order I received an email offering me 25% off any purchase. I contacted customer services and they informed me that once the order is placed they cannot amend it in any way. This is just not true. I then discover via tracking info that the parcel is coming from China and I have to wait for a month before it arrives. I will never purchase from this company again. AVOID!

Waiting four weeks for postage. Not immediately obvious on the website, but these are coming from China and the wait is beyond anything I've experienced with other products, even coming from China.

I purchased Physion Mini great product. But what impressed me the most was their customer care as mine had a screw come out within 5 months of buying it. I contact One Physion and sent in photographs and the information they requested. The situation was dealt with quickly as before I had received the email saying that they were sending a replacement the item was already in transit. Excellent product Excellent customer service..

Ordered my massage gun 3 weeks ago
Ordered my massage gun 3 weeks ago and I messed up the address therefore I had to try and change it so I emailed physio’s ASAP and they took a whole day to reply then I had to wait 1 week for the massage gun to be returned and then they had emailed me to put my accrual address and said I will receive an order number and since then I have heard nothing and it has been another week and I have emailed them 3 times and no reply, basically £54 gone down the drain.
