I bought a new coat in the sale for my daughter after her original winter ones zip broke. This one is fantastic! Waterproof, long length and has a hood. It looks brilliant and was a real bargain.

Ordered and never arrived. Tracking shows that it didn't arrive...messaged support and no reply whatsoever.

Love my fleece!!
The shipping took some time but this information was already stated on the website. I absolutely love the half-zip fleece in raven that I bought. It’s my favourite, I wear it daily!

Long delivery time
Nice shirts and the fit is good too. However, considering the pricy delivery cost, took far too long to arrive.

Sizing, returns, delivery
I'm a size 12 and even allowing for sizes being a bit small, the M doesn't fit. To return the item, I have to wait 30 days for refund. Delivery person took photo of attempting to post through letter box, but then just left it outside the door, on a wet day. Altogether, unimpressed and wouldn't buy from this retailer again.
