I see now that it is an obvious scam to lure people into paying for a service which can be accomplished for free.
That's not what your website says.

The software will only scan if your device is rootable.
If free tools fail to root, as they don't offer a remote root service like we do. Also, free tools also come with the risk of bricking or causing some kind of malfunction with the software on the device that they will not repair for you.

Ultimately, it is your device, and your choice whether you want to risk bricking it with a free tool, or pay and have a professional root it safely. 11:06:39 am

Obviously this is a luring site to get you to download software which they promise will root your phone, for the software to tell you that it is impossible without paying them.

They consistently use scare tactics to drive in a lie; "You can't root your phone ANYWHERE for free, unless you want to break your phone, or worse!"

THIS IS A LIE. JUST DO YOUR RESEARCH AND PUT IN THE TIME TO LEARN HOW YOUR SPECIFIC MODEL OF PHONE CAN BE ROOTED!

Spread the word! This website is just plain GRIMY!

Not a big fan of how they get you to install the program and be 1 click away from actually rooting your phone before they tell you that you have to pay over 30 bucks to do it.

It has good support but bad prices
use kingroot.net instead that's free atleast

I was a bit upset initially, as my phone got rooted twice and there were some malfunctions with it. Yet every time I was helped, they worked with me, even though I was frustrated. Ultimately, FRANCES, who I would have to say hands down, is the most professional, helpful, and knowledgeable tech. resolved all of my issues. He even went above and beyond to assist me in answering some questions of the functions of some applications that I needed to be cleared. I would highly recommend that if you do not know much about rooting, but want the extra features, give oneclickroot a try.

Alwayne Wright was helping me with my root for 4+ hours trying to get it to work. Unfortunately, due to an error neither of us could figure out, I need to get a refund.

But Alwayne's customer services skills far surpass any that I've ever come across. Definitely a very well spoken individual and definitely somebody that knows his stuff!

OneClickRoot is a group of knowledgeable technicians who can pretty much do anything with your Android device. I had them root and unroot my device a few times and the support was great. I will be considering them in future for more business. This is 100% legit!

I really need to use the Chinese handwriting input but the Samsung S6 I have purchased in here does not support that so I have to root my device in order to do so. My phone is very difficult to root and it takes a few hours to get it done successfully and he is very patient in helping me. I really appreciate it!

I had a software brick (my fault) due deleting files on my mobile phone. I rooted the phone by oneclickroot it was all perfect. I have to say some negative there is one tech named "Gong T" who had no clue really no clue... even on controling my Computer he just had no clue,,,, but then there was Al and Sean Richard... Al was sadly out of office then i got to Sean Richard and he helped me so good he instantly started and understood my problem and helped me also with my connection problems from PC to Phone and the final result my phone is again working!! GOOD JOB!!! Its the money worth really

I have to give kudos to the experts RRon and AL. They both had a lot of patience with me and solved all my problems in a professional manner. Even when I screwed up and brick my phone, they were very patient with me and walked me through the steps of getting my phone back to normal.
