Great customer service

I had to change my review from 1 star to 5 star. I was initially very disappointed that their service guaranteed a root, even though it didn't root my phone. I did get a full refund and apology from a customer service rep.

I was sceptical, but I got my phone rooted and spared lot of nerves! Great Service.

I have to agree with the other positive reviews.

I work in IT and I was thinking rooting my device was a quick thing. After I spent more than 10 hours trying and reinstalling with Odin the original system, checked on forums and with so many tools, I decided to stop wasting my time and pay for this service. I was sceptical at the beginning (who would not be somewhat paranoid to give remote access to own computer), created a Windows account with non-admin rights and decided to try.

I was very happy I did. Idk how many days I would have spent otherwise figuring it out by myself, in 45 Minutes my device was rooted and I could finally go on with my configurations.

And it's a very good thing the Support left me all the package and Instructions (all DOS/Powershell commands) to perform this operation by myself, in case i'll need to do it another time for any reason.

Definitely 40$ well spent ;) Thanks!

I ROOT MY PHONE AND IT BRICKED

I ROOT MY PHONE AND IT BRICKED, THEY REFUSE TO SUPPORT AFTER I PAID $60 TO ROOT, WARRANTY AND SUPPORT.
THEY TRIED TO CHARGE MORE $60 TO DO THE JOB THAT I`VE ALREAD PAID. NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY.

The charge is way to much

The charge is way to much. You can do this for free and easy with a few of the other apps. But i see reviews about the misunderstanding that its not one click root..... More of a misleading since yk, THE NAME IS ONE CLICK ROOT. If your worried about bricking you phone, this app is still not the way to go. Always get your firmware and back up your phone and you shouldnt have this problem. Very seldom do i write reviews . only when i feel ppl are really getting ripped off

Oneclickroot

Oneclickroot
A lot of people have a bad experience with oneclickroot, but I think it's mostly because of both misunderstanding and some miss information, first of all it's not root in one click, its find out if it can be rooted in one click. Then IF you want to root it, you have to pay, their customer service and tech support have to get paid, they also have 24/7 service. What you pay for is the job and the waranty, if you are knowledgeable and can figure this out yourself your best option is to do so, but if you are insecure and not sure where to begin, it is risky to do this yourself, you can ruin your phone/tablet whilst trying to root it, the main term for this is "bricking" your device, essentially turning it into a brick. Personally I think paper wait is more accurable. So if you are not sure on how to do this, then oneclickroot is for you, yes it cost money, and it's not cheap, but it's safe and you have a warranty (6 months or a year) I recommend this for every one that needs help rooting and dosen't want to take the risk themselves.

TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM. After I paid USD60 the "one click root" happed to be "wait 30minutes for customer support root". Then they asked me to access my computer remotely to install the software. After I purchase a oneclick software that was supposed to work on MAC, it happened to be total crab as they asked for WINDOWS.

Accomplished Task Professionally and with Courtesy.

Personally, my reflection on this service is that it is totally legitimate. Both Angelo and then Kemark, the technician, did their very best to serve me, the client, well.
Kemark additionally helped me through further steps that could have been considered to be the extra mile, not part of his job.
I find the negative comments some have left on Trust Pilot to be inaccurate, unhelpful and unnecessarily spiteful, perhaps a symptom of the selfish, impolite, 'me-centred' times in which we live? Well done, particularly Kemark.

Terrible company that bricked my device

Terrible idea, dangerous software. They ruined a Maxisys tool MY908 that cost €2000. Its advertised on their website that it can be done but straight after the failed attempt it is not rooted and also the diagnostic tool doesn't work anymore. I've been onto them 3 times since and they say they can't do anything since they don't have the original firmware. So much for their guarantee on not bricking devices.

BEWARE Scam job!!!

Completely terrible. I am a noob when it comes to rooting, I'll gladly admit that. So the deceitful title of "oneclickroot" was very appealing. Not knowing much about rooting, as I stated, I read what could be done with a rooted device and went for it. Not properly knowing the risks, I had oneclickroot root my phone. I purchased the root with a warranty for $49.99. The process had to be done remotely and took about 6 hours to accomplish spread out over two days. After it was complete, I tried to load a custom bootloader and my phone was bricked. Apparently my Boot animation was still locked after root. I thought I would be able to load a custom boot animiation, but Kemark informed me I was unable.<----(Can someone tell me if this is legit?) They unbricked my phone remotely and all was "apparently" good. I then found out that my GPS and netflix no longer worked. Even after downloading the Netflix APK. I should've done more research, I know. After contacting them, they informed me the warranty was "one time use". Weird warranty. During the whole process they continually tried to sell me more packages. I guess I'll chalk it up to a $49.99 lesson and do more research. I have attached a transcript of my last conversation with the company. I particularly like the last statement from Kemark. In my opinion, stay away. Fine a technology savvy friend to help.

Kemark Sat, 05/12/18 04:46:15 pm America/Chicago
Hello Sean, my name is Kemark and I'll be your agent today. How may I assist?

Sean 04:46:21 pm
Hello I had you guys root my phone, but it hasn't been a good experience. You guys were great. Nothing but the best I just would like my phone restored and a refund.
I am way over my head with rooting 04:47:07 pm
lol
There are many thing that don't work anymore

Kemark 04:49:56 pm
I am sorry to hear that sean, but the job has already been done there is no refund and you used your warranty last night to reroot you will have to purchase the unroot

Sean 04:50:20 pm
So the warranty is only good for one time use?
My phone doesn't work

Kemark 04:50:32 pm
yes

Sean 04:51:40 pm
The GPS, Netflix, other apps. The phone is laggy and unresponsive. If this is the case, this is some shady service

Kemark 04:54:39 pm
it's not a shady service sean I am sure you were aware of the problems that come with rooting your device? there is a disclaimer, some apps like Netflix pokemon go google pay and Samsung pay among others don't work on rooted device

Sean 04:55:06 pm
I understand that. But the reason I purchased the warranty was for technical support
Since when is a "warranty" for one time use?
I guess I'm the idiot 04:56:19 pm
I should have read the reviews on you guys before purchasing. I'll just chalk it up to a $40.00 lesson

Kemark 04:56:47 pm
30 Days Warranty:
The said package is only ONE TIME that can cover a specific support such as:
Unbrick
Re-Root
Unroot
Choose only one depending on the customer's situation. You cannot use the warranty for UNBRICK + RE-ROOT or UNROOT + RE-ROOT. It only cover ONE support. It is either "Unbrick" OR "Re-Root" OR "Unroot"
Were you not advised of this sean? 04:57:22 pm

Sean 04:58:00 pm
I was never advised on anything. Last night you apologized for not letting me know that the Bootloader was still locked.

Kemark 04:58:58 pm
yes. that was on the need to know depending on the customer's needs

Sean 05:00:06 pm
The customer needs to know what they can and cannot due with the service you provide. The only reason my phone was bricked was because I was not informed that my bootloader was locked.

Kemark 05:03:03 pm
most of here already assume that customers already know what they are getting selves into, there are a lot of consequences that comes with root, not enough time to go over all of them that's why it helps us help you has a customer when you ask questions

Sean 05:05:24 pm
Assumptions are the problem. You guys make it seem so easy with your advertising so people who are not savvy with technology fill safe. Then when things go wrong, you extract more money out of them to fix their devices. You guys were trying to sell me packages the whole time you were rooting my phone

Kemark 05:06:24 pm
the packages are supposed to help you as a customer

Sean 05:09:42 pm
Obviously this PACKAGE I purchased is not helping me, THE CUSTOMER, at all. But if your company is not willing to refund my payment that's fine. The vagueness of your packages and the overall deceit in the naming of "ONECLICKROOT" should have been obvious to me. You guys have poor reviews specifically about what I am dealing with.

Kemark 05:15:35 pm
I apologize for your disappointment and that you were not properly informed of the 30dyas warranty support package and what it adheres to, but if you decide to unroot your device it will cost 39.95

Sean 05:15:59 pm
Lol
Great answer 05:16:02 pm

I rooted my Note 8 on SnapDragon with…

I rooted my Note 8 on SnapDragon with Sprint today. Have rooted many phones myself in the past and bricked this one it on my first attempt with a Sprint reflash needed, a month wait for warranty to kick in and a new 50 to my sprint dude for the help, set up, etc... So second attempt I hired "One Click Root" guys and found the service out standing and worthy of comments. I had only a tiny window 10 tab to use as all my other computers are running Unbuntu now. The guys were fast and knowledgeable with my many questions. Worked great, they downloaded a debloater tool and cleaned it up. Did have some trouble paying at first as I have completely gotten Paypal out of my life. But got fast help thru that as well. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a guaranteed root and support after the fact, if you need. Thank you Guys!

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. Their supports do not know what they are talking about.. They must be on google when they are trying to answer your questions ... They will lie to you and tell you it will work for you or this is what you need. After its all said and done they are a waste of time and give 100 reasons why they cant refund you. I will report as fraud to paypal and this company can go to hell.

ONECLICK are dishonest.

Oneclick successfully installed twrp and rooted my Samsung S8. They asked me my reasons for rooting prior to purchase and i told them that it was to flash custom roms . Now when a custom rom is flashed a full wipe is needed. They knew i was going to factory rest my phone yet did not tell me that i would loose root, i would not have purchased this if it was temporary. After the phone has been factory reset root was lost. So root access via oneclick is only temporary. This is not revealed at any point during purchase and installation , the oneclick software downloaded to my pc is usleless as it prompts you to a manual root which requires tech support which is extra money. ONECLICK IS ONLY ONE TIME ROOT, TEMPORARY. This is not advertised.
I told the tech guy that at times i can flash 6 or 7 roms a day and it is ridiclous that i would have to contact them after each custom rom install to regain root access. After a fair bit of back and forth chat they rightfully refunded my money.

Careful!

This company asks you to pay first and this is very wrong as their service is really not for everyone. You don't have a windows pc ? It will be complicated, or not work. You're not a us citizen with a us phone ? Same.

I've lost 3 hours of my life with very nice technicians, but they couldn't do anything about the fact that the product they represent is NOT for every user, although it's advertised as such. They were trying, i was, we all lost precious time as there was nothing to do.

Company should really mentions restrictions before any transaction occurs, clearly. Make sure they CAN help you before they make you pay after seducing you with a one-click dream.

Definitly not recommended.

I would avoid these guys like the plague. Three firmware tries 6 hours with them online. Basically a clueless disaster from start to finish. I am sure they can root phones but when it comes to a stock unlocked Galaxy S8 Plus. Just one word. DISASTER

Well worth the money!

I knew they were a pay site when I went to them. I had a brand new Galaxy s8 with a locked bootloader. Two other site said it could not be rooted. I paid the 39.99 and 3 hours later it was done! Fully rooted and ready to go. BRYAN was awesome. Patient, polite and Yoda smart. I'll come back to these guys if I ever have any trouble with the firmware or operating system. Well worth the money.
