Omologato Reviews 

Ordered 2 watches.
I've already got 11 of theirs from places like The Classic Car Hub,motor shows etc.
Put both watches on. Took them straight off and did a return. Refused to refund them as they had been worn.
You have to go in the small print on the site to learn this policy. I asked what the cost of replacement straps was but that question was ignored. Anyway saw a solicitor today who told me this policy is an unfair term and cannot replace my consumer rights. Also their return policy would need to be on the same page as the watch ordering page. You have to be allowed the same opportunity as if you were in a watch shop where of course you can try them on.
So sorry but I won't be buying any more Omologato for my collection which stands at around 300 watches including Rolex/PP/Breitling/Omega etc et
UPDATE:
Shami the owner of Omologato has just lied about ‘offering a refund’ and I have taken a screenshot. I,before talking to my solicitor asked Stuart at Omologato how much the straps for the watches cost them.
He ignored it.
I wrote again saying this wasn’t on.
I then did the Trustpilot review.
Shami the emailed to say they would charge me for the straps. That is not a ‘refund’.
Then he retracted that offer saying he had just read my review.
They haven’t tried to work with me,ignored me until a did a review and have now based their customer service and policy on the fact I’ve complained about the appalling attitude.
Shami as the owner of the company and his deceitful response tells you everything you need to know about this company. It’s irritating,as a busy man that I now need to waste time on a legal process with this company.

I have 2 Omologato watches and I’m delighted with both.
Omologato is unique - a family business making small numbers of high quality beautifully designed watches at very reasonable prices.
I feel very lucky to have discovered them.

Oh how I wished all companies were ran like Omologato, I purchased the Derek Bell 500 limited edition watch and was over the moon with the watch, however one of the hands became loose, contacted the company and they asked for it to be returned for repair.

I was kept informed throughout the process of the repair and had the watch back in no time, the customer service is absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a distinctive watch celebrating aspects of Motorsport

I’ve had 6 watched from Omologato now (no. 7 is on pre-order!) - some as gifts and some for me and all have been perfect, beautifully presented and all round lovely timepieces. Delivery has always been on time, and shipped in sturdy and secure boxes via DHL recorded for piece of mind. Even if your not sold on the great work they do with teams, drivers, and circuits, then the beautiful watch designs and clockwork like operation of the company is a reassuringly attractive prospect!

I've had two issues resolved perfectly and both were my own fault. Every watch I've bought arrived extremely quickly. Highly recommended.

A motorsport inspired watch … what’s not to love !

Been after an Omologato watch for a while, and I’m not disappointed, quality is superb, will now become my new daily watch.

The motorsport connections are apparent throughout the packaging too and being a massive petrol head just makes the whole purchase that much more special !

Took too much time to receive my watch. I didn´t receive the tracking number right after you sent the watch.
I sent several mails asking the status of the purchase and for weeks didn´t receive response
Please try to improve your customer experience. The watch is great!

Everything went wrong. The purchase was meant to be a birthday gift and the recipient has not even received the goods yet! After 6 weeks waiting time!!! Even the customer service has been rude to me.

Watch ok but one of the small straps that hold the main braclet in place when fastened snapped. Reported it, promised a new strap in post, never arrived ...
Disappointed.
