Although I cancelled order (because thought ordered wrong size, didn't realise UK sizing not US), boots were still dispatched and credit card debited. However, boots fantastic. Son thrilled. Bought on... See more

Canterbury of New Zealand was established back in 1904 when John Lane, Pringle Walker and Alfred Rudkin began producing woollen garments deep in the Canterbury Province of New Zealand. Before long, they were making uniforms for the army during the First World War, and they earned themselves a reputation for manufacturing tough, durable kit. So much so, the legendary All Blacks rugby team approached them to produce rugby attire in which they could play.
The rest as they say is history; Canterbury of New Zealand outfitted the All Blacks team for over 75 years and is now the largest dedicated rugby brand in the world. Canterbury currently supplies kit to numerous high-profile national rugby teams; England Rugby and Ireland Rugby, as well as leading clubs such as Bath and Ospreys.
The brand has its roots firmly in the southern hemisphere with its spiritual home in New Zealand. The Kiwi heritage strongly influences both the design of Canterbury product and the ethos of the company.

Our purchase arrived very quicky and as usual we are very happy with the shorts and socks from Canterbury
Delivery was quick but I never received a tracking number so had no idea it was on its way
I've ordered 2 items. Gave me a late notice that one of the items is not available and they already send the other item. I've messaged them that i'll cancel the whole order but never heard from them.

The quality is what draws me to this very good company fast delivery is always a bonus. Your purchase is well made stylish and going to last.
Delivery time was fast and efficient took 2 days after I ordered to arrive . Thank you
Quick delivery within Nz! Highly efficient and reliable. Great quality and reasonable prices Highly recommend
Product was amazing but no full stsrsnduentonlackmof communication in regards to delivery
Good quality quick service though price has increased ....
Very happy with the price, quality and quick delivery service.
Absolutely useless.... shame they make decent gear, but can't pick and dispatch goods. Ordered some pants and a shirt with paid express delivery.... heard nothing for 3 days and when I contacted them, was advised "warehouse issues".
Back and forth with no answers, only that items will be dispatched in 2-3 days (so much for express delivery).... 20 minutes later, I get an email saying "items not in stock despite when being ordered the stated "in stock", refund issued but will take also 3-5 days to process".
Absolutely useless, robotic generic answers, zero customer service and now back to square one before the order was placed. Second time this has happened with same automated unhelpful answers.
Love the gear, but buy directly from other suppliers and do other go direct through the website..... if I could give negative stars, I would.

Not very fast to sent order. Only part of order. I did get a refund.

Really not worth buying direct from Canterbury in New Zealand (bizarrely).
Problems:
1) Billing is from the UK, so my NZ credit card provider charges extra.
2) Returns are at own cost for postage.
3) Delivery cost is not covered by return process, so also at own cost for returns.
If you want these things, buy them from Farmers, at least you get some customer service there. Buying online from Canterbury was a horrible deal that I won't be repeating.
