Just had a frustrating experience with omgs.in
I ordered two photo frames, paid twice (₹1249*2), but they only acknowledged one payment and took the money for both frames. No refund yet despite my bank confirming the transactions.
And to add to the headache, I paid ₹1999 for another frame, but they canceled my order without acknowledging the payment, despite my bank confirming it.
Beware of such frauds! Always insist on direct payment links or watch out for unreliable payment gateways.

We would suggest that you raise a bank dispute so that the amount that was debited from your account will automatically be refunded to you.

It’s much more then beautiful
When I received it only thing I could see was gray side of the slate and I felt lotted until I peeled of the brown side of the slate and the beautiful acrylic work showed up 😄☀️🤩🫶🏻

Unpleasant experience with OMGS
I ordered my product on 20 April 2024, it was supposed to be delivered within 3 days as per the estimated delivery claimed in the website. Today its 30 April 2024, I just checked the status and it is same as it was on 22 April 2024 (that is, there's no update in the status after 22 April 2024), this is unbelievable. They flooded facebook with ads claiming all positive reviews and it set my expectations very high. I had a very unpleasant experience with OMGS. Moreover the customer service is the poorest, no response at all in any of the modes, neither in phone nor in whatsapp. This is definitely not good in the long run, only product and service quality sustain a business, not facebook ads.

Disappointed with my recent purchase with OMGs
I recently ordered a photo frame from this company, opting for extra gift wrapping. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I noticed the photo frame was chipped, significantly affecting its appearance and usability. This is unacceptable, especially since I paid for a quality item.
Additionally, the gift wrapping, for which I was charged extra, was merely low-cost bubble wrap. This does not meet the expected standard of gift presentation and detracts from the overall service quality.
The package itself was torn, suggesting mishandling during delivery. Surprisingly, there was no indication on the package to handle it with care, which could have prevented the damage.
I am truly disappointed by the lack of care in fulfilling my order and expect prompt action to address these issues. I requested a replacement for the damaged frame and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused, but the customer service was poor and didn't attend my request,
