My AC was not working. A technician named shameer from Repair World said that issue was with motherboard. I had asked for a new one to be replaced. Instead he did some temporary work and charged 4500. But the moment he left, the AC refused to start. Inspite of repeated calls to the technician and office, they turned a deaf ear. I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service provided by RepairWorld, one of your authorized service providers, for my Samsung microwave. Despite their initial visit in December where they replaced the PC board, the issue persists.

Here's a detailed account:
- The microwave was serviced and the PC board was replaced.
- The error recurred 2-3 days later (heating before program selection).
- RepairWorld visited again on 08-01-2025, removed the door switch & PCB for checking, but didn't resolve the issue.
- No service report or update has been provided despite multiple follow-ups.
- When I called RepairWorld customer care, they disconnected the call.

Given the prolonged inconvenience, I request you to:
1. Escalate this case immediately.
2. Ensure a prompt resolution or replacement if needed.
3. Provide a detailed service report.
4. Address the unprofessional behavior of the service team.

Good service

Fraud company making fool of people in the name of after service is zero. I have taken a service to repair my fridge it was not cooling but problem is still there. Given warranty for 6 months now I am calling but the technician and customer service not responding. Totally fraud company. Please never take there services. It's my request I already filed a case against them

It was good service.

We called them to fix our washing machine that would leak when in full cycle wash. Their mechanic one Zulphikar came promptly and set about checking and said there was no problem as there was no leakage when he tried it. Ok, half an hour later after he had left, it started leaking. So I called him back, but of course he couldn't come. But he came the next day, and fortunately for me, it leaked. He dismantled the whole thing, couldn't find the fault, kept calling his buddy at work, and finally said the drum was broken but they didn't have spares. So, he demanded payment of Rs 750, and coolly pocketed it and walked away. Finally, we had to call a Samsung professional to get it fixed. That's how good or bad they are. I would say give them a miss.
