I ordered 2 tops 2 weeks ago , the money left my account straight away. I got nothing not even a tracking number. I have emailed 3 times and only received an automated reply. I needed these tops for a holiday and I doubt they will come.

Dreadful Customer Service - placed an order on the 17th July when the monies were also taken from my account, but still no sign of my delivery! Despite 2 emails I have yet to hear back, bar a generic acknowledgement. Website seems to be down and have no other means in which to contact them. Wished I had read some of the reviews below before parting with my money. I have no confidence in receiving my items, but will pursue - you simply cannot be allowed to treat customers with such disdain!!

Their clothing is very thin- yoga pants and long sleeve shirts. The tops pill after a couple washes. For the price it seems unacceptable. The yoga pants are wearing well and they’re OK if you live in a warm climate because they’re so thin.

Overpriced sh*te. Was bought their 'Misty Grey Lounge Set' (£125) as a gift. It didn't have any care instructions on label so I went online to check their website. The site said 40 degrees, do not tumble dry, so I washed at 30 just to be safe, and hung out to air dry. Clothing shrunk beyond recognition and the colour faded also.

Contacted customer service and was told because it was bought in October (6 months ago) there was nothing they could do. Secondly, they pointed us to their care instructions to say this was cold wash only. THEY HAD CHANGED THE WORDING, and removed the instructions saying 40 degrees wash. Wish I'd taken a screenshot at the time, didn't anticipate dealing with such crooks though!

Avoid at all costs, can't believe the appalling customer service for such an expensive garment, really disappointing and feel for my Mother-in-Law who tried to buy me a really luxurious birthday present.

Appalling customer service, no reply just a generic response 3 days later then no response at all. Products rubbish. Black long sleeved tshirt see through costing £48!
Advise to AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You even have to pay return shipping for substandard garments!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Will now report to the police.

Not a good experience poorly presented. Only shipped after I sent a chase up email, my step son had exactly the same experience product basically throw in a paper parcel bag

If I could give a zero I would. They said my order was complete. Not so. Gave me two tracking numbers as they were sent separately. Second one was cancelled by USPS. Tried contacting them with no response. Very disappointed.

Got too big for their boots and now zero customer service, A lot of stock is poor quality. I sent clear details with pictures of several faults with stock, the print coming off on most items and the tops bobbling with just one wash. I also sent my account info which shows thousands of pounds having been spent with them but have had zero reply. Really shocked as they claim to be a yogi brand.

I have been a customer of Om and Ah for a while now and have very mixed feeling about their overall service. I love the items I have ordered although I have had to send a few things back due to sizing and then waited for ages for a refund. I recently ordered another jumper and after waiting a number of weeks contacted them to see why it hadn’t arrived. I was told it had been delivered but I’ve not received it. I have tried to contact them since to ask them to make a claim against Royal Mail (I provided a reference number after speaking with RM) and a week later I’ve had no response. I’ve messaged on Facebook and also emailed. I’ve been told by RM that the more time that passes the less likely there will be any compensation. So where does that leave me? No jumper, no response and £60 worse off with nothing to show for it. Shocking customer service.

I do not like to return however I should return these items, they are so oversized and not soft like the company said. Having said that their T Shirts were soft. I am going to try shrinking them!

Avoid this company. Do not buy from this Company It is a complete hassle to get a refund . They have no phone number and take a month to respond to emails. I am still waiting for £145 going back over 6 months.

I placed an order of £142, when it arrived it was to big so sent it back, took ages & emails back & forth to get a refund. I then ordered a further £190 in the correct size, not realising it would be such a chore to get my refund for my first order!!! I placed my second order on 3rd August but still have not received!!! They are saying the tracking is showing it’s been delivered but I don’t have it & so I now I have no clothes & no refund!!!
Absolutely shocking customer service, there is no contact number & it takes days for them to respond to an email!! I will now contact the retail ombudsman. Awful!!!

Very expensive for the quality and no feedback when asking for a refund even after paying to return the items.
Weeks with no answer. Very frustrating!!

Still no refund or communication after posting my last review unbelievable, I have no words to express that show how I’m feeling about this company right now!

UPDATE. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH OM&AH LONDON. MY COMPLAINT HAS NOW BEEN RESOLVED. THANK YOU FOR DEALING WITH THIS
I ordered two tunic shirts one white and one a turquoise shade.
The order arrived but at the time I was caring for my 82 year old Father
When I got home and eventually opened the package the turquoise was not turquoise but a grey dish cloth shade
I have emailed having one response asking for a picture then nothing
Like others I wish I had read the reviews before my purchase

This rating may change when 1 get a response. First order of a hoody was lovely and turned up nice and soft but expensive. Friend loved it so further order of 3 hoodies (2 for friend one for me). Pretty expensive for 3 tops. When they turned up the sizing difference between same.style and size in different colours ridiculous. Quartz colour fine but had to send both navy ones back several inches too small. Proof of posting. Etc. Several emails asking for refund and no reply. This is a considerable amount they owe me. Goods sent back as received with all return paperwork reasons why etc. . Cannot find a number to speak to a proper person rather than sending even more emails to be ignored. At present I wish a had made up my own quotation and had it printed myself. A lot cheaper and a lot more reliable. Please wait 10 working days for refund they say. Well done that and more and not even a courtesy message to say it would be delayed.
UPDATED I have now received a reply I am pleased to say stating I will get a refund. That the sizing issued were different styles of hoodies. I will say that I love the quotations as I believe we do need to share positivity and hope with others. My original hoody was lovely and soft. Still a considered purchase as not something you would purchase frequently. But on the grounds they have acknowledged my contacts and have promised a refund I have marked up to a 4 star review.

Ordered an item pre order which did not arrive for months when I sent a polite email it was never replied too. I wrote a few emails all ignored. I wrote a review saying I wouldn’t use them again then lo and behold I got a reply Basically a really rude reply threatening me to think again about my review !
Telling me I’d single handed ruined every new company ever by writing reviews . It was tame compared to some of the reviews I read . I received my item and gave it to my daughter as I didn’t want anything to do with the company .
Customer service is everything when you run a small company and yours is nothing like it .
I have personally purchased a few items from them but they’ve lost my custom .
And no this time I’m not removing my review .

Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. I spent £153.75 on 2 yoga tops (more fool me) which arrived after a wait and were massive and shapeless. Paid £4+ for a return at the post office and it was signed for on 10th June. Chased yesterday and had an instant response asking for me to tell them when they received the goods back (!). Sent them the details and then get the generic response email saying that they’re quarantining everything for days and then due to covid they can’t process refunds quickly. It’s just crap! Have emailed them and demanded an immediate refund. Will NEVER order from them again! AVOID
