Items are very expensive for what they are. Material is poor quality, very thin, doesn’t wash well and becomes mis-shaped. Logo on the back is small and you can’t read it. Very very disappointing.

Very helpful and lovely products

Bought the wrong sweatshirt. Contacted via website. They were extremely nice and helpful and I received my super soft cloud sweatshirt and soft sweater on return of the others.

I love the clothes but make sure you purchase the correct size

I have 2 long sleeve tees and just now ordered 2 more, none the same and wear them on my runs and going to the gym. My suggestion is make sure you order the correct size. I purchased a "Kind" shirt for my Daughter (because she loved mine) and returning it in exchange for a different size it cost me $45.00 at the USPS. Deer in headlights. Splitting the cost would be nice but take it or leave it. I'll do the former. I hope everyone has a blessed day!

Wish I I’d read the reviews before…

Wish I I’d read the reviews before purchasing. I spent £34.99 on a white long sleeved top with logo. (4.99 was postage) When it arrived it was very thin fabric and the strangest of fits. The neckline was so tight and the way the top hung was very odd and the seams felt out of line. Tried to return but received no response from the seller and couldn’t find the return address or printable label. Still have the top with the labels on but can’t wear it.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I ordered an extra large sweatshirt and it would not fit a small child. The return would cost me more. I used to love their products, now I will never order again.

Poor quality and disgraceful customer service n the past (2020) I had some super…

In the past (2020) I had some super leggings from this company. Just before Christmss I ordered another pair of leggings in size M. They sent me size L/XL. I contacted them regarding their mistake. Replies were very slow, and they blamed me for ordering the wrong size!. After several emails they suggested I return the item at my own cost using the cheapest and slowest postage. Despite me requesting they confirm that they would refund my return postage costs, they continually evaded the question. They have confirmed that they have received my return but are refusing to refund my postage, instead offering to send me the size I originally ordered, or a 125% credit. The quality of the leggings is poor and inferior to the the ones purchased in 2020.
Their response times to my emails is slow, quality of the goods is poor and customer service is appalling. Will certainly never use this company again.

I purchased 2 sweatshirts from Om&Ah…

I purchased 2 sweatshirts from Om&Ah $134 total. Both were larger than expected and one was the incorrect color. I have purchased from Om&Ah in the past and never had an issue. Loved the quality and never had a problem shipping anything back. When ordering I did not realize they are shipped from UK. My return would cost me $75 (this was the cheapest rate with USPS). I am hoping the company makes it right.

This was my 2nd order from this…

This was my 2nd order from this company, I really love the quotes and they way they are positioned in different places on the garment, my 1st order was 1st class but had a quality issue with this 2nd one, I received an immediate response to my email requesting photos of the item but then heard nothing for several days, after a little prodding I received a promise of a replacement which was then delivered fairly quickly so cannot really fault customer service, just a little slow to respond…..I will order again

Avoid this company worst customer service and not the same…

Worst customer service and not the same quality! Clearly this company is under new ownership The Zodiac sign t-shirts I just bought are at least 3 sizes too long and 2 sizes too big! The return requires me to research international shipping and return at my own expense I wish I'd read recent reviews I will never buy from them again!waste of money and my time

DREADFUL COMPANY!!!
Poor quality top and when received with complimentary jar of oil it had leaked onto clothing and package!
Had to return at my expense!! Asked for refund of garment and postage but they do not respond.
Will never use again or recommend.

No longer the same company & product standards

Having bought 3 of their cozy pullovers back in 2020 and worn them incessantly (not least though lockdown) in April 2023 I decided to treat myself to a new one - the older ones still being quite serviceable, but will worn in. The one received in April is totally different, material pilled badly under arms after first few wearings and a hole in front seam (not at any stress point) began to develop; the seam appears very thinly stitched. I reported this to O & A customer services - still within a month or so of original purchase - to be met with stony silence. so I would say avoid this company now - the original design standards and company ethos clearly no longer exist.

I already had one T-shirt & decided to buy another but in black. Both size XL, both have the same moto on the front but the black one is about 8 inches smaller. No response from customer services. Had to pay to return.

I believe that this Company is telling untruths

I believe that this Company is telling untruths about its financial circumstances. We purchased a £380 subscription to receive a monthly box, with a gift from their stock of items. Must say the boxes have become increasingly awful! We haven't had one for three months, no communications and only an exchange on FB when they state they have sent boxes and emails! I have looked up their public a/c's..... does not make for a pleasant read.... I would advise you do not pay up front for anything from this organisation! Shameful business practice. Why aren't people just open about their circumstances!

Very poor

Very poor. Not what l expected. I had trouble with the delivery and now I’ve finally received my order I am very disappointed. The good just arrived in a paper bag, no tags, dust bags etc I’ve tried to return items but this is proving impossible. I’ve emailed several times with no response from the company. I will never order from them again and have spread my experience amongst friends.

Very bad service and very poor quality

One of the worst experiences of the online shopping. I had problems with my order and I wanted to return or to be reimbursed. I tried to contact them a lot of times, but I haven’t received any answer. The quality of the things is also not good. The shirt was not as described and very rough, thick. I have a lot of clothes from natural materials, all of them are very thin, pleasant to wear. Not with Om&Ah shirt. After a while, the pendant became rusty, although I always kept it in a box. I think that they have created nice image of the company on social media, but in the reality it’s a real disappointment. I do not follow them anymore, I will never buy again and never recommend to anybody! Stay away!

I also purchased two items from Om and AH - now almost a month ago-and i am trying to return one item but they will not share an address for returns. I have tried US and London offices. This is very frustrating as I ordered not just a t-shirt but an expensive outfit. I have sent an email almost every day since they arrived with no assistance. Item delivered recorded signed for and cannot get a refund a month later as company not responding and website down!

Again I’ve been a customer since they started I’ve ordered and returned a top signed for recorded receipt by them 25th July 10:58am. I haven’t had a refund. I’ve emailed ten times or more there is no number to contact. I’ve instagrammed, Facebook messaged again no reply. Today I messaged Klarna who I paid through as I’ve paid 2 of 3 payments and they are going up look into it but won’t give me a timeframe. They have always had good customer service but this is so iffy. Looks like there is a issue business wise but companies house looks like it’s records are ok on them. But why a few days after purchase does the website go down and still down. If they have gone bust they sold the item knowing there was a issue and if returned they wouldn’t refund. £53 out of pocket it looks like that I cannot afford. I am retired.

Disappointing Service 18/7 still no order/ contact???
Is anyone else having problems contacting or receiving orders from Om and Ah? I placed an order on 18/07/2022 and it's still showing a status of ordered. no further progress, no further emails, no contact. Website shows updating in progress but no telephone numbers???? So disappointing as I've been a customer for ages and love their products.

Om and Ah - business is no longer operating?

It looks like they have gone out of business. I returned 2 items and ordered another and it looks like I am not going to get a refund. I have had 2 emails back from them, one saying there was a major issue with emails and then when I messaged again the second indicated that there was a problem with a piece of machinery damaged in the warehouse move, advising that my order may be a few more weeks.

I just wish that they could be honest with their loyal customers, if they have gone bust then why not just say so? At least the website is down so no-one else will end up being disappointed or out of pocket. A very sorry state of affairs....
