I have placed an order from this company only I have not received it yet after reading all the comments about how they are operating I am wishing I had not bothered I have contacted them on numerous occasions but have had no reply from them as of yet they were quick enough to take the money out of my bank account however reading the problems that people have encountered I am not feeling very confident. It would be nice if they could take the trouble to reply to the messages I have sent to them as quick as they took the payment. Note to one self think twice before ordering anything from companies that look trusting.
PS...I have been waiting for this order for 2weeks which was a Birthday present from my son didn't realise it wasn't coming from London. M Roberts

I ordered a pair of shoes that were marketed as size 43/9. When they arrived they were 42 and too small. I have emailed the company multiple times over 3 weeks without response to arrange a return

You cannot return any product . They reply on this site but don’t give you a contact number , they just want people to think they are trying to make it right. Avoid at all costs !

I ordered a purple jacket in size 2XL, when it arrived it was too small, so I wrote to the company and asked for an exchange to a larger size. So far I have written seven times and not received a reply, the last two times I wrote I added that I would also like to place an order for another jacket in 3XL size, so that is an order for an EXTRA jacket. However, I still have not received a response from them. This makes buying on line far too much of a hassle. I'm still waiting Olyndra London, over to you. My name is Geoffrey Poulton, look for the emails in your in box! If nothing happens I will contact Paypal and ask them if they can refund for the jacket.

I ordered size 8 men's shoes they are sending size6 i will be returning these, its taken 7 days so far and still not arrived even though they added 2.99 pp which i never asked for express delivery. what a less company they SHOULD NOT BE TRADING ON ANY WED SITE.

I ordered some trainers from the site, took two weeks to arrive and did not fit me. So I asked to return them, I was offered an 80% discount on something else and to keep the trainers. I declined this and asked for a return address. It took over three weeks for them to send me an address which then took it over the 14 day period that I would receive a full refund. Despite me emailing several times they did not reply until I mentioned my consumer rights, then all of a sudden I get a reply saying they could now offer me a 15% refund as the 14 day period had gone. I accepted this but I am still waiting for this refund that was processed on the 12th April. I have emailed chasing this and apparently they have issues with payments but assured me that it would be paid. It is now 27th May and still no payment, I have now emailed and threatened legal action.
Do not buy from this company unless you are 100% sure that you will be keeping the products.

I ordered a blouse which was quite nice but too big and material not great. Wanted to return it but emailed 4 times, write on feedback, with no response whatsoever. Such a shame but can't buy from a company who has no obligation to their customers.

Frauds, claim to be based in London. Package comes from China, poor quality, no communication, no chance of a refund.

The company ignores all feedback, posts a pointless comment under all of these trust pilot reviews. Avoid at all costs

This company is terrible the customer services is none existent. I wanted a refund or a credit store for an item that was sent wrong and the wanted me to sent the package to chine address ( even though the company supposed to have a Uk office) paying for it would have cost me more the the price of the item. They take a long time to answer but when they do it is too late anyway. They are a scam company.

Shoes absolutely stunk soo much so had to remove them from the house to air….
What is the smell as it’s definitely not leather…??

The biggest scam going.

I ordered a coat in small and it is so large it's too big for my son who is XL.

I tried to return but you have to email. All correspondence is then ignored.

I raised a concern through PayPal who dismissed me for a refund.

ABSOLUTE RIP OFF.

Edited to add - their automated reply is just insulting. They understand but are happy to ignore correspondence to be able to steal your money.

Easy to order. The footwear is great...so comfortable, lightweight & practical. Wore a pair all day, no problems. I usually have difficulty finding comfortable footwear...think I've now resolved that issue now 😊

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Long delivery, cashmere turned out to be the worst synthetic material, and there was no way to return the item, Lloyd's also could not dispute this purchase and refund the money.

Bit wary of this site at first as my laptop told me it was a scam. li made an order witch eventually came unfortunately the shoes were too big. i had difficulty in contacting this company so sent a direct email to which I had an immediate response and was very helpful in fact I of asked for anymore. Proceeded make another purchase of witch I am very pleased with and would recommend this company to everyone.

Ordered - pair and when they came the fitted great comfortable and good fit I decided to order 2 more pays paid for priority delivery it was a waist of time took over 2 weeks to deliver. One pair a big bigger than other yet same size. They are a comfortable shoe.

Ordered a 4xl jacket and when it was delivered it barely fitted my girlfriend who is a size 12. Ridiculous sizing and awful customer service.

Lovely jumpers, have washed well too without shrinking in a 30 degree wash.
The brown is more a camel colour but still lovely.

I bought two leather jackets from Olyndra London and received two fake leather, synthetic material jackets which I didn’t like and want to return and refund. Company refuse to accept my return and refund. Do you a favor and don’t buy from this company. Order 77401. No return on my email sent on 13/05/26. No phone contact for customer service.

I bought a pair of Mia shoes in white size uk 6 so comfortable I ordered another pair in black not disappointed would order again and recommend delivery was within two weeks to the UK for both pairs 👍🏻
