Received jacket today , very poor quality and fit . Nothing like advertised .
Send an email and waiting for instruction how to return it .
Will never buy again .

Terrible quality and they wont give me a full refund. Clearly fake ads and reviews. Im trying to return and they are making it difficult, want to give me credit but there is not a single piece of clothes I would buy from this place. Stay away.

Terrible - quality is dreadful and looks nothing like the picture. Normally do my research but failed to this time so expensive lesson. They won’t give me a refund just offered to send something else of my choice but I actually just want my money back. Do not buy from them!

Do not buy from this company. The photos on their website do not reflect the very poor quality of the item when it arrives. Their email address doesn’t work and there is no phone number to call. When I eventually got a reply to my request for a refund I was advised they charge a 30% restocking fee and I have to pay postage charges. Very anti customer and just a rip off

Very disappointing quality, similar to Shein clothing. Regret being taken in by Facebook ads and obviously fake reviews. Not easy to return unsatisfactory goods.

Products are nothing like what you see in the videos, quality is shocking to say the least and if you ask for a refund to return all you keep getting is keep it but order something else with a store credit! or return and we charge you 30% restock fee which is NOT stated anywhere in their returns policy

This company is displaying misleading garments and poor quality. I'm waiting for a reply regarding at least one of my first purchases with this brand.
I would never pay the original price as the coat and jacket are cheap and nasty with no lining.
Absolutely nothing like the photos advertised. Feels more like felt with scratchy inner texture. Arrived very creased and delivery is not quick.

Please be careful when purchasing from here. I won't be buying anything more.

Chinese produced rubbish masquerading as a Lindon Company. Avoid as customer service is terrible. It's cheap and nasty clothes dispatched from China.

The clothes are nothing like what you see online. A high school class could have made batter. The fabric quality is also shocking.

You cannot return the item without paying most of what the item cost you in the first place. They charge you postage (to the US) and then a 30% restocking fee. Or take a gift voucher- but who would want anything else from this firm after seeing the quality of the first order is a mystery to me!

Also the tone of the emails from their ‘customer service’ is patronising and dismissive.

I am embarrassed even giving this item to the charity shop!

Terrible company, avoid. Shoddy clothes, no refunds, do not engage.

As it's impossible to give a zero star review we'll go with a 1. Terrible quality clothing, don't be fooled by the comments on their Facebook ads, it's not amazing quality it's anything but. To get a refund is slow, I emailed saying I wanted to return because of the poor quality and they responded with we're sorry the sizing didn't fit. Still trying to get a refund. Offered a credit note to buy more terrible quality items? I don't think so, will keep plugging away to get the refund. Avoid at all costs.

They stated delivery takes "between 5 and 8 working days", so I ordered an item I needed for a weekend trip in plenty of time. The trip has been and gone and I'm still waiting. This is not a London based company, it's a Chinese one selling cheap rubbish according to other reviews on here (and funnily enough, the five star reviews appear to be written by men 😂). Avoid.

Same as others… I wish I had read reviews. Poor quality, buttons on the wrong side, no inner button for doing up correctly and on ask g for a return via email as this is the only way I can see you can try and get a return, no answer…. DO NOT BUY and SHUT THIS DOWN!!!

Same experience as others, ordered a jacket/cardigan which is poor material buttons are not aligned properly. Can’t return without a 30% restock free?! How is this a trading company in 2025

Awful cheap clothing not at all like advertisements.
The company lead you to believe they are a London based shop this is not true. Delivery took a long time and the goods that arrived were not the same as advertised.
Can not return without a 30% restocking fee plus special delivery cost. If an item is on offer it cannot be returned.
Scam company need shutting down, reporting to trading standards.

If there was an option to leave no star optionnit woukd have been appropriate. I recently purchased 2 jackets and though personal choice I decided to return the items. To be told sale items are not eligible for.a refund. I wouldn't receommend this company for any purchases. In the 21st century who doesn't offer refunds.... stay away.
I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase. I'm surprised the company is still allowed to trade with all the negative reviews..

I also was impressed by advert but quality just isn't there, jacket crushed, poor material, pockets too far back and took an age to get here, overall not impressed, wouldn't recommend them at all!!!

Total scammers. Stupidly got sucked in from the FB advert. Quality is nothing like described. Not even going to bother trying to return. Lesson learned!
