If I could give no stars i would. I ordered a sweater but my partner changed his mind and I cancelled the next day. They eventually sent me confirmation of cancellation on 11th May and said they had refunded my payment. It never arrived. I have emailed several times since asking for my refund but now they are not replying at all.
Do not deal with this company!!

rubbish company, for 9 months now I've been trying to get a replacement or refund for £56.91 in regards to clothes that are mis-labelled (too small for the labelled size) I get e-mails from them promising it will be dealt with but no cash or replacement. Do not buy from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They get 1 star because I can't score 'zero'. Bought a watch, I accept it was cheap but just wanted to use it as an every day casual type of thing. It took weeks to arrive, from China. Wore it once, it rained and the thing filled up with water. After weeks of complaint, I was offered store credit, no chance of a refund. Rubbish quality, worse customer service, user beware. I have lost £26, buy cheap get cheap. I think the watch that arrived is worth about £0.50.!

Absolutely terrible quality of clothing, delivery is not quick as promised & I paid for tracking by royal mail but it came from china. Also disgusting returns policy. Avoid this company at all costs

Ordered shoe type trainers never arrived took 3 months to get a refund. That was only because i took action against them for fraud. You have been warned.

Shocking company- ordered a jkt didn’t hear anything for weeks chased it up - they said they didn’t have my address - eventually received, poor quality asked to return - what a performance photos etc etc actually stated I could keep it and they would give me a 30% refund - although I want happy didn’t have any choice / then the refund arrived which was less than the 30% - now not answering or responding to any e mails to ask why - stay away from this company

Waiting over 2 months for a refund on cancelled order. Absolutely no response for over a month despite emails every week.
Getting in touch with the ombudsman next week.

I wish I'd read these reviews first. Ordered a jacket, it was faulty. They will not refund me. Gave me a credit note which could not be used. Then emailed a load of lies and that their terms and conditions state no refunds etc AVOID

The first item I ordered was the wrong size, and when I queried this, the assistant could not have been more helpful. I was given a full refund and re-ordered another item, which was delivered quickly and is ideal. The person I have been in contact with has definitely been exceptional and an asset to the company.

This is not a reputable company. Shoes I ordered were not as described and were to small and do not fit.They were supposed to be leather uppers but ended up being some cheap plastic rubbish. They also took well over two weeks to arrive and were shipped from China. I and not in London. If I had known they were coming from China I would never have purchased them. Customer service is appalling and never respond. Would never recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I received a shirt that didn't match the size chart. The company offered me a 30% refund. Scammers and con artists – I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Very bad company , I was offered a refund for a jumper that was such bad quality the only place it was fit for was the bin , never did get my refund just promises but the money never arrived .

If I could give 0 stars I would. What I received was NOTHING like the picture. Inferior quality product, obviously from China. Wish I had seen these reviews before I was robbed. I've requested a refund and had a bounce back to my email. Reported to Shopify so I will wait and see if I get anywhere with them.

This is a terrible company please do not order from them im 75 year old and I was to get a refund but never came

I ordered some Harrington leather trainer described as leather trainers only to receive some plastic junk that i would not give £5 for. I am attempting to get a refund but judging by comments in the reviews this will be unlikely. My advice to anyone tempted by this company’s slick advertising is DO NOT BUY as the product will not be as advertised

The refund policy is a joke. If you aren't 100% sure you will be keeping your order, then DONT order it as you are highly unlikely to get any money back.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

I purchased an item through Instagram which turned out to be not as described. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, they initially offered a partial refund where they would retain 30% of the value. I accepted this in good faith just to settle the matter quickly.

However, they then changed their position and told me I would only receive a 50% refund instead. This felt extremely unfair and misleading, especially after I had already agreed to their first offer.

Their website also advertises a “30-day money-back guarantee,” but this does not appear to reflect their actual practices. At no point is it made clear that customers may only receive partial refunds.

Overall, the experience felt untrustworthy and frustrating. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this company.
