They gave me the best price for my samsung s21 ultra with a broken screen, BY FAR. I sent the phone not being sure what I was gonna get. Get an email saying they are gonna buy it but it does say how much they are going to give to me, so I email them back and in maybe an hour I get an email saying I'm getting the maximum I could get for the phone, I couldn't belive it. Over double what other sites offered. Recommended.

This company provided the best service I have ever received from a company I've sold a phone to. I was provided with a free DPD collection service, on a Sunday when I knew I would be home. They received and processed the item the following day, I was well informed of the whole process via email and paid the same day. So in just over 24 hrs the device had been collected, received, processed and the money was in my account. Amazing service!

Olympus recycling is quick and efficient. Promised amount was transferred same day as they received broken screen phone.

Cannot fault, as other reviews have said they paid a lot more than expected for a damaged handset and payment was received within 48hrs from sending. Really recommended and will use again.

5 star service selling a faulty mobile phone (broken LCD screen and back glass cracked).

Was dubious at the offered amount as it was almost 5x what other more well known companies were offering. But thought I'd chance it.

Completed the order online and requested a pack be delivered, arrived the next day via DPD and phone was taken at the same time. This was the day before Good Friday.

Email received on Tuesday after Easter Monday advising phone had been received and would be examined. Funds (in line with the offer) were sent the same day and in my account by 4pm.

All in all turnaround was less than 1 working day with communication being succinct and timely. Absolutely nothing to fault from start to finish.

Absolutely amazing company to deal with, and I have never experienced this before, despite selling many mobile phones. I completed the online form, received my packaging, and sent it off to Olympus. I received an email stating that my mobile would go through the checking process, and later in the day, the payment was in my bank.
