I found Olympia Removals through a ChatGPT search and overall had a very good experience.

They were very responsive on WhatsApp. I sent a video of my furniture and received a quote quickly. They mentioned they were flexible on price if I found a lower offer elsewhere, and when I did, they were happy to reduce their quote. Payment was easy through a secure online link.

My only concern was communication after paying the deposit. I didn’t receive confirmation and couldn’t reach them for around four days, which made me worry .They later explained that the staff member was on leave, and communication was fine after that. A simple automatic payment/booking confirmation would definitely improve the experience.

On moving day, the van arrived exactly on time at 8:30 am. The two young men who did the move were fantastic ,professional, quick, efficient, very polite and incredibly patient. I changed the position of the wardrobes a couple of times to make everything fit, and they were very accommodating. All dismantling and reassembly was done perfectly.

Overall, I would highly recommend Olympia Removals. The actual moving service was excellent, and the two guys who handled my move made the whole day much easier and less stressful.

Arrived at the time advised. Very quickly loaded all the contents of my house taking care to not damage any items. 4 hour journey and 2 hour wait until the vehicle could be off loaded, all with no complaints. Promptly off loaded all items to the rooms requested and assembled furniture where necessary.

Great, helpful, efficient

I recently helped my grandmother move property. The gentleman arrived promptly after leaveing her old property. They were kind and courteous. Handiling all her items with care and considerate. Setting up all the big and heavy stuff and making sure every box was where it belonged. I would highly reccomend.

The team arrived on time and worked really hard to move all of our furniture.
They delivered everything as expected and managed to manoeuvre our furniture around in an old cottage, not an easy thing to do. They were super friendly which made they say a lot less stressful.

They were professional, friendly, reliable and incredibly helpful, making what could have been a very stressful moving day feel so much easier. They handled all of my belongings with care, worked quickly and efficiently, and were genuinely lovely throughout the whole process. Moving house is such a big and emotional day, and having a team like Olympia there made a huge difference. I’m so grateful for all their hard work and would definitely use them again in the future!

Fantastic service from Olympia and competivley priced. The removal team were great and worked so fast dispite the current heatwave. Shout out to Esha who helped calm my nerves during our first ever full house move from South Yorkshire to Buckinghamshire. Would recomend :)
