I will never again use their website. As a buyer, I had my package sent back to me because the buyer didn't want to pay for the shipping costs because when she ordered it it was free, but when I had to redo the same order through their service again they taxed her.
They also didn't update their website information so that the seller knows that only when the buyer makes the order, the shipping is free. On their website, it says that the shipping will be paid regardless and when I showed that information to them, they said they understand but there is nothing they can do, that "now I learned how it actually is" ...
So now I have to pay the return costs as a seller, which is pretty much the same amount as the product I was selling, even if as a seller I wasn't informed about the difference since they aren't updating their website info when something changes.
In the end, they agreed to give me my money back as an exception, after I've been on chat with them for 2 hours.

The final response will be deal with it, we don’t care at all!
