I've just created an account today to use it in my search for a rent. 5 minutes later after a few messages that I send to some avaliable rental studio flats... I received an email saying that my account was suspended for a fraud reason. But this is absolutely absurd as I didn't even have the chance to get replies to my send messages. I do not recommend this site and I think they are the ones committing fraud... someone entitled to this kind of issues should sefl-report and take action against this fraudulent site.

Scamers. Only scamers

I just paid for an ad five days ago and I'm being asked to pay again. A worthless site, a joke. It encourages theft and online scams. The most deceptive sales site, best avoided. I don't recommend it.

Abia ce am platit acum cinci zile un anunt si iar sunt pus sa platesc. Un site de nimic,o bataie de joc. Favorizeaza hotia si inselatoriile online. Cel mai inselator site de vanzari, numai bun de evitat. Nu recomand.

Many scams. They constantly pushing you to pay, using scam techniques. If you don't want to pay, they will randomly deactivate your products without explaining why. For example, I was selling my broken PS5 controller and the ad was deactivated. Reached out twice to customer support, but there are no real persons, just bots. I was completely ignored. Horrible experience. Stay away from this scam website, is just a waste of time.

They are not clear and transparent about the paid promotion plans.

I submitted a request for assistance on the OLX platform help section and engaged in communication with an individual believed to be employed by OLX. However, following an extensive series of personal inquiries, I perceived an anomalous situation and inquired about the individual's affiliation with OLX. They asserted that they were not employed by OLX, but rather, they were a randomly selected OLX moderator.
Subsequently, an influx of unsolicited communications began to inundate me, manifesting as an assortment of phone calls and messages of an alarming nature. It is a matter of profound concern that my personal information has been disseminated to such a wide audience. This platform's security practices leave much to be desired, and I would strongly advise against its utilization. In instances where I have listed an item for sale, I have been inundated with 3-5 spam messages from users on the OLX platform, soliciting my personal information via the WhatsApp application.

A safe place for scammers —this website should be investigated by DIICOT or the relevant authorities. For years, bad actors have been tricking people into providing sensitive information, such as credit card information and other bank details.

If you report a case, it may take days to act or reply, and when they do something it's already too late.

Ridiculous prices and policies. You are forced to buy an ad package in order to post something for sale, but you need only 1 add. You buy it anyway, and in one month the rest 4 ads expire if you don`t use them. How can you use them if you don`t have anything to sale? Why do they expire, so that just they can charge you again in 5 months? Most corrupt romanian site, stay away, use something else.

Very bad sait! In Romania is very poor! OLX.ro is most penibile sait! The pagés load hard, Customer support is almost non-existent, if you post an ad, It deactivated It and tells you to buy an ad package. They don't offer you anything! A scam site!

nici nu merge sire- ul.. something went wrong,, always shows up ...if you have bugs ,,fix it,,, otherwise close down the page

Their search engine finds anything but what you are looking for.....
- 90% of the results do not include the searched word/phrase...
- people can write reviews for other people even if they didn't buy or sell anything.

Very poor customer service, the worse rating system.It is basically heaven for fraudulent or bored amd frustrated people.

I paid the fee to add a post about selling my company. They never posted it without any notice, but instead took all my money. I emailed tham but no reply. Very unprofessional, they are looking only for your money. Worst service, never use them again.

Very unintuitive mobile version of the website. Once you reach on a conversation page, the website "mobile menu" (the one that lets you access the "home" button) disappears, and you are stuck on that page. Also, you cannot simply type the address in the browser bar, because you are taken back to the conversation. I tried to find a place on their website where to report this, to no avail.

Very unprofessional.

Totally negative experience. I sent 100 euros from my current account to invest, they rightly warned me that it could be a fraudulent site and they never returned my funds. They invented emails asking for my documents that I always sent and they repeated the same thing to me in every email. For me it is a totally not recommended site. Be careful because they do not give us your money back.

The website interface is basic and there are occasional bugs regarding filtering and posting the ads themselves. There is no such thing as getting in contact with customer support easily so forget about it, probably a few employees at the most handling "moderation".

And now to "moderation" - it is absolute garbage. I have had several ads rejected as being in breach of the ToS, the only thing I could identify was that I am selling a batch of games as opposed to making a listing for every single item (which would amount to 20 ads+). I would have no problem with this, if it were enforced, but I browse daily and see tons and tons of ads selling hundreds of items in the same ad and there is no problem. So there is major bias on the part of the "support" team who I believe to perhaps be illiterate or just plain moronic, since they are unable to coherently keep track of the rules and apply the universally. It's an ok website but if you ever encounter a problem, good luck, you will need it. If you can avoid it and use competitors, I strongly advise doing so. Also a ton of scammers on that website. Very little being done about it.

Way too many bugs both on the web and mobile apps!!!
Example: It constantly logs me out (everyday or even multiple times a day, both on web and mobile) and it's not easily visible that you have been logged out, so when you add a listing to your favourites on the PC for example and then leave the house and want to revisit it on your phone it's not there because you saved it while being logged out so it's not on your account.

There are too many fake ads regarding jobs. People post ads like they are "hiring" but actually they don't hire. They just collect people's CVs through olx, but they never call you for an interview. BIG SCAM
