Jumpsuit not as advertised.
Purchased a black ‘cotton and elastane’ blend jumpsuit. Arrived very late, only to find it was made of very cheap shiny polyester (confirmed on label) made in china. Really not worth the price. Poor quality and no shipping updates either. First and last purchase from this brand.

The dress took over two weeks to arrive, was incredibly poorly made out of a material that made the dress not look anything like its image. It was not fit for purpose.
I tried to return the item and was offered 50% of the purchase price in store credit. Every time I said I wanted my money back this 'offer' dropped until it was 10% of the price.
Eventually they sent a form asking to pay for a tracked return to China or not get any money back.
Unless you are willing to buy dodgy goods and risk it being decent when it arrives,

Do NOT order from this site. The clothes are not as they seem. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I want a refund and they are offering me other deals such as 20% refund or a credit voucher. Now, they have given me a return address in China - return cost is on me. I doubt it will reach this place and that I’ll ever get a refund. Do NOT order!

Dresses and clothing is like nothing I have found anywhere online with detailing that makes it stand out , good order confirmation and fast delivery on items

The dress I recieved was much better than I expected as hadn’t heard from the company before. It’s not thin material it feels like a very well made dress. Unfortunately the dress I ordered is too big so I am in the process at the minute of trying to return it and have ordered a smaller size in the meantime. Hoping when that arrives it fits and I love it just as much. Shipping took around 2 weeks but was kept upto date with tracking with emails from the company and then the shipping company. Would order again.

Ordered a dress that is too big, want to return and be refunded. When requesting for a refund, i had to take pictures of said dress to see if its eligible for a full refund, even though the dress in brand new and just tried on once. After receiving my photos they try and offer you credit with them in store or another option.
Long and lengthy irrelevant process.

Run, do not walk, in the opposite direction from this sweatshop. The dresses are terrible, shocking quality scraps. And the customer service was dire- I asked for a refund and was repeatedly pressure to accept credit of exchange. When I again mentioned my rights to a refund, they gave me a (clearly fake) address to a ‘Mr Wang’ room in China. And said item must be in perfect condition when received to said sweat shop.
Had to resort to going through my bank.

Do NOT fall for the adverts. Shit dresses. Shit service. Total scam

Easy to use site

There was a great selection of dress’s which was ideal as I had no idea what style I wanted to go for! The website was easy to use and great pricing!

But chances are if you are here you have already been scammed by them.

Items advertised are not what you receive. Same quality as you would expect from Shein or Temu but about x10 the price.

When I asked for a refund they ignored me completely and said it would be easier to accept a discount for a future purchase.

Decided to speak to my bank and start a claim to get my funds back. They completed the investigation and I received my full amount back.

I honestly wished I had looked at the reviews before I ordered my dress. The dress arrived just too big for me. But to return the item is unreal. You have to pay return tracked costs, their original delivery costs and any customs!! I ended up getting 25% of my £45 back. So feel they are just scammers so have kept the majority of my money. BE WARNED MUCH BETTER OFF USING TEMU/SHEIN they just send you a QR code for return. Lesson learnt with an emptier pocket.
