First time ordering from Olivia Rose.
There are some gorgeous items. I ordered a gorgeous maxi dress to hopefully wear to the races, I also ordered a stunning winter coat that was in the sale. I can wait for them to arrive.

SCAM do not use. Company based in China. Products terrible, terrible quality and feel. Returns will be to China and all custom and shipping fees on you. Try to argue the fact of no returns offering exchange instead. Scam Chinese Company.

I loved the selection of dresses which weren't anything I'd seen before.

I thought the website navigation was nice and simple with some really gorgeous pieces to choose from. I like how many updates you receive by email, as it reassures the customer on the progress of their order rather than silence for long periods. I’ve enjoyed the whole ordering process and would definitely shop here again!

I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect ordering online, but I’m so glad I did! The whole process was really easy, delivery was quick, and when my order arrived I was genuinely impressed. The quality feels lovely, and everything looked exactly like the photos (which is rare with online shopping!).

You can tell care has gone into both the clothes and the overall customer experience. It’s one of those orders where you open the package and immediately know you made the right choice. I’ve already had compliments wearing it and will definitely be ordering again. Such a great find!

Lovely selection of dresses, good sizing as well, with formal dresses it can be tricky to get the right size but these guys do ‘in the middle’ sizing of 10/12, 8/10 as example.
Easy checkout and apply pay compatible.

Do not order from this company. The dresses are awful quality, not the right colour and defective.
They will not offer you a returns. If they do the returns address offered costs a lot of money to return too.
You have to pay this, they will not accept that items are defective so will not pay the returns fee.
The returns address is to a random man in a room, in some random country.
It 100% is not UK based as the website states.
You will lose your money ordering from this scam website.
They point blank will not pay you back.
They offered me to keep the items with partial refund. They are not wearbable.
You will not get your money back

Easy to order. Still don't receive the dress I ordered, so can't comment on the quality.

I want to give this company a 0 really.
Please please DO NOT use this company. Do not buy from them. I’ve now lost £44.95. I’m still trying to refund the jumpsuit I purchased. The material is cheap and nothing like the picture. They don’t want to give my refund, they are offering me 10% back and then I can pick something else from the website. I’ve emailed 3 times today and now not hearing anything back. This company needs to be stopped.
