Very pleased with the service I have received from Olora, and with the product too. Their underwear is lovely and seems to do exactly what they promised. I’ve only worn one of the thongs from my first order and it was very comfortable but slightly too big for me. I hadn’t properly checked with their sizing chart before ordering. But I have checked now and ordered a size down so hopefully that will fit better. I didn’t return the original order because I’m sure I’ll still wear the pants. I’m extremely impressed by the fantastic customer service offered by this company: they answer questions quickly and obviously read what you’ve asked about because every reply feels personal. Highly recommend Olora.

The customer service I received from Olora was truly exceptional. When I didn't receive an email confirmation, their team replied promptly, found my order, and even expedited the shipping. Later, when a style didn't fit, they quickly arranged to send me a new one for free. The team was consistently polite and empathetic throughout my interactions, making me feel heard and valued as a customer. This company clearly goes above and beyond, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

The quality of products are amazing. I bought 4 panties back in March, and seeing myself always reaching for them over the past few months, I just bought 4 more a few days ago. The customer service was awesome - I wanted the exact same pairs, so I asked support to send me my previous purchase order and they responded super quick. My only reason for 4 stars vs. 5 is that I feel as though I get daily e-mails and marketing from them. Overall a great company, and I look forward to trying out all of their products.

I found Olora while searching for the perfect invisible underwear for tight gym clothing. I was a little sceptical and thought - “surely, they must not be completely invisible, no underwear is..”

Happily, I was wrong!

The product is just as described and I can now wear my favourite gym outfit with no lines or cameltoe.

Very absorbant and comfortable. You have to wear them quite high up on your hips which I wasn’t used to. Took a long time to arrive (almost a month) but customer service kept me updated, I bought 4 in S as I am a size 10 but these were much too big and moved around a lot, customer service was amazing and sent me 4 XS for free, they fit great so maybe size down for these. Will be buying more!

Great underwear to a good price!
Supergood customers support! I was gonna place my second order because now i don't want other underwear and accidentaly made my order with my company card. I wrote them to see if they could cancel it. 30 min later (a friday evening) they had canceled the order and refunded my money!

My experience was a memorable experience, along with high kudos to Chloe for her exceptional support! My email was responded to promptly and even though I may not need more than the many items I’ve already ordered - I certainly will let my friends know and recommend these to them! I’m so impressed!

Honestly, these underwear are a gamechanger. My camel toe brings me extreme anxiety in the gym and actually in general. I'm sure all of us can agree!! I will say I like the undies a lot. I do wish the gusset was wider and taller... as all cewchies are not created equally, but they work fine for me, anyway. I did have some issues a few months after my order and the customer service was AMAZING. Like, above and beyond. Truly grateful! I hope they continue to make a great product, have amazing customer servive and also become a little more inclusive :)

Great Customer Service, helping me with sizing.
Quality high rise thongs in black and sand in XL (I’m a size 14).Definitely no camel toe, comfy and great under other clothes not just leggings. Great under clingy dresses, no ugly lumpy lines. Wash and dry well.
