Ollie has been great for my Yorkie
Ollie has been great for my pet. I love when I’ve called in to speak with a representative. They always use my pet’s name. It makes it feel more personable as well as they are on top of all of the issues if there are any issues I also enjoy the quality of food, knowing that it’s healthy, but that I can also keep it in the freezer for a few extra days if I don’t need it.

An Unfortunate Issue on First Order
Sadly, I can't quite speak to the quality of the food yet, as my pup's order arrived 4 days past the expected delivery date and the entire welcome pack was thawed and warm. The entire box of fresh packs had to be discarded.
That's not an Ollie issue, but the fault of the courier. However, kudos for amazing customer service. I got to chat with Tay in the customer service team and she was fantastic. Apologetic, friendly, and is sending my dog a replacement box that, barring any other issues with the courier, should arrive in the next two days.
I hope to be able to review the food (from my dog's standpoint, obviously) soon.

The company is all natural, very friendly customer representatives, and knowledgeable. The packaged food samples came in really frozen and delivered quickly.

I had placed an order which had not arrived on time. I reached out to Abby at Ollie’s and she corrected the problem immediately! My order had gotten stuck in the mail somewhere so she placed another order for me immediately! She was very kind, friendly and helpful!

Great food for picky pups

Their Customer service is spectacular as well as their products. I was on Ollie for years and for a short bit I stopped. I recently came back because when I left I saw a change in my dogs coat, and in her digestion. Now she's back to her healthy, happy self, with a beautiful, soft coat that everyone comments on!

My dog is very picky and I've been having a hard time to get her to eat, even on Farmer's Dog. When the food arrived I mixed some in with her regular food abd she immediately ate it up. Same thing this morning. So far so good.

Ollie is easy. They have the correct amount of calories for each meal. It comes frozen and my dog loves Ollie we have tried all the other commercial dog foods frozen canned and kibble but the only one she loves is Ollie. It’s great. And it smells good not like dog food and this may sound strange but her poops are perfect and regular
