Awful customer service. Asked for a refund and they kept offering all kinds of discounts. £54 in postage charges to send back dresses. Dresses were squeezed into a small bag. Do not use these people.

Do not buy from here. What you see in the picture is not the item you receive. They then rely on you not bothering to send it back as it has to go through customs for you to get a small percentage back

Wish I had checked here before…
Wish I had checked here before ordering. Chinese dodgy company. Took ages to arrive and looked nothing like the image. Only offered a refund when I threatened trading standards.

Avoid avoid avoid!!! Dress is awful material they offer full refunds & after 4 days of e mailing I cannot get a refund. All they do is come back with credit options. I am £45 down on a piece of tat that I cannot get my money back for

Very hard to get a refund for a return
The dress took ages to arrive and unfortunately it doesn’t fit me - they are doing everything they can not to give me a refund - 4 emails later still trying to offer credit . I would avoid - it promises on website full refund but not easy to get

Chinese garbage - avoid!
Utter garbage.
You just know when an order takes longer than 5 days to arrive that it’s coming from china and it’s going to be horrendous!
My “dress” arrived in a typically tiny parcel. No composition labels of course as it’s made from plastic. It turns out to be a top and a skirt the waistband of which is simply a simple cheap elastic. Not even worth trying on.
