STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Like everyone else I was scammed. Said it was delivered to south west region when I’m clearly in the south east with my full address on the order. It’s €39 I’ll not see again but lesson learned. Never again. Ordered mine on the 19th December said it was delivered the 3rd January no reports from emails. Hope karma bites them in the ass!

This company is just scamming people . Ordered a vibration plate never got delivered . No response from emails . 36.00 in their pockets and nothing to show for me .Never Ever order off this company . That's if they are even real

Complete scam, say delivered when it didn't arrive and then don't reply to emails. Do not order from this website

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have had to go through my bank to claim back my money as they ignored all my emails.

Apparently next day delivery, never turned up, tried emailing but would always bounce back saying no such email address.
Contacted Credit card company.
Following day Royal mail said they delivered, problem was it was 110 miles away.
Credit card reimbursed my money.
A Lesson learnt - AVOID

Did not receive my product. Product marked as delivered in Wales.... I live in London.

Ordered as a christmas present. They even completed the fake delivery late as the product didnt "arrive" in wales until yesterday.

I'd love to get my hands on the scumbag and punch his face in.

I'm about to call my bank and try to see if they can help.

total rip off, they take your money but you don't receive the products. It's apparently been successfully delivered yet I did not receive anything i ordered.

Do not ever order anything from these scammers. Did not receive my order bank has taken over trying to get my money back because they won’t answer messages or phone! NEVER ORDER ANYTHING!!!

Don’t even deserve 1 star. Ordered my profit on the 17 December 2024 said it was delivered 2 January 2025 to an address in Wolverhampton UK I live in Wales! Sent numerous emails to OP no response. Definite rip off DO NOT order anything off them. They’re £34.95 better off. DISGUSTING company…………………………..

Complete ripoff, got a bs tracking number I live in Indiana it says it went to Florida! I’ve emailed several times with no response, reported to FTC!

I would give this one star if I could - complete scam, that i normally do not fall for!

I ordered from this website acter following a FB ad as I was keen to prepare myself for increasing my fitness levels in 2025.

The tracking number I was initially given looked a bit questionable, so I reached out to Olivia Pasion, and emailed the address advertised on the website. This was listed as a way for customers to contact if they had any problems. This email immediately bounced back to me as undeliverable.

I found 2 further email addresses, one bejng a gmail account, both with terrible spelling, but nonetheless, I emailed both of them too. I did get a response back advising me of a mix up with delivery numbers and to not worry. I responded back and almost immediately received a response back which repeated exactly what the first email said, word for word, and didn't not answer my question.

6 weeks later i still have no item! Although my item is delivered, it is on the other side of the country! Ive emailed and emailed and had no further response to any of my emails!

I can now see this story, and the fake tracking numbers, are pretty standard for Olivia Pasion.

I have reported their website in the hopes that it will get shut down and requested a charge back through my bank! I urge everyone else reading this to do the same!!

Complete scam. Says delivered, was in all day no delivery. Email 3 times- 3rd bounced back email not known. Want refund as says protected against theft

Absolute scam!!! Ordered said shipped then delivered to the uk that’s all no one is returning my emails it should be shut down!!

I would have given negative stars if available. I paid for Turbofit Pro since 29th November, 2024 with their useless order number and tracking number. Item never delivered. Efforts to get them was just a waste. Stay clear please.
