Terrible wig! Not the style or color I viewed online. It looks like a clown wig. I read the company reviews too late. Now that I read you also have terrible customer service I will just throw it away and will never order a wig online again.

The wig I received was totally unlike the picture on the website.. I should have read the reviews before ordering it. Nobody would wear this garbage, it would be so embarassing to give it to somebody . I throw this very ugly wig in the trash. I'll just look at it as a gambling loss.

Wish I would have read the reviews before I bought my wife one of their wigs. Same problem as the rest of them. Probably would be ok for somebody else but my wife didn't care fore it so I tried to return it. We are 75 years old and my wife is on her 3rd bout with breast cancer. She has other wigs but this one just didn't trip her trigger. So we tried to return it. Well like all the rest it didn't go well. Wouldn't send a return label said to give it to somebody who needs it. So guess we are stuck with it and the company still got their money. We will never order another thing from this company.

Terrible customer service. Trying to return wigs. One response, but no label. Also wigs not as advertised. Pictures from another company catalog. Poorly constructed. Ugly. Now out $85. Do not purchase from this company. Also phone goes to voice mail. Again no response!!!

You have to send several emails to get a response! There refund policy is send product back to a China location at your cost or keep it and they will give you a 10% refund of the sales price. This took 5 days of emails to get this answer! Now I can't get an email confirmation that they will in fact send me the funds for the 10% refund. It's now been 3 days of no response! Stay miles away from this bad company!

The wig I received doesn’t look like the photo. It is not usable, I try to contact the company by phone & email, unfortunately it is no respond so far.

There is no way to get a refund. No information on your package no tracking number. No email confirmation of the order. Bad experience

Absolutely great. Looks natural and fun. I've spent 5 times the amount and gotten a lesser quality on other hair pieces.

I bought a wig from this company and it took over a month to get, I emailed them for two weeks and finally got an answer. After the last email the wig was at my home in one week. BUT. The wig was not what i ordered, it was the wrong color, the wrong style and way way to much hair. The wig was very stiff that it would not go on your head right. If you want to give your money away go ahead and buy from them otherwise stay away from this company.

This company is so bad as it took 3 weeks to get the wigs and it came ina bag with tape wrapped around and around so it looked like a ball. Once I got it opened the wigs were bunched up and no packing slip or return instructions. I have tried their email address 6 times with no reply and then I have called for 3 days with the number listed on this site and the call will not go through. I am going back to my cc company and file a fraud claim. The 3 wigs I ordered looked like they came from the Halloween store just hideous. DO Not buy from this company!

I bought a wig from this company. It took several weeks to get it. On top of that when I received it it was darker than the picture. I wanted to return it for another style, but the return process is unbelievable. U have to get a number from pay pal. Then it has to be unopened so they can resale it. Then u have to take a picture of it and send it to them, you pay shipping to China to return it. It also took 3 emails for the company to respond and over two weeks. U have 30 days to do all of this but by the time they email the procedure u really only have 2 weeks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS U WANT TO PUT FREE MONEY IN THEIR POCKET!!!
