I knew better than to order from this site but some of the purchasers posted photos of the wig I wanted. Wig looked nothing like photos- the one I ordered was just above shoulders,very relaxed curls, blonde and brown highlights. The one I received was bleached blonde w huge curls.So basically I paid $34 for a wig I may wear on Halloween if I go as Marilyn Monroe ! BTW, the phone number, email address and mailing address are all bogus!

omg - me too!!! the only reason i bought from them is a youtube chick (wig sister) their link was on her site saying it was reputable company to buy from! I was questioning because I recognize the pictures of the wigs were the same as on the big name sites. i got the wig really quick but one look at the color from the outside and i knew i would return immediately. The number on the website is out of service and i got no response to numerous emails to support@olivewigs i thought i would just send (unopened, untouched like they say for returns) it back to the Wyoming address but after reading all this...i'm out. anybody's credit card scammed?

Like the other reviews I failed to check reviews other than on their website. They did not send the item I ordered , not the brand, the style or the color. As one other review stated the wig is Halloween quality. I contacted Olive to return the wig and was told that the return is in China and it would cost me as much to return the wig as the wig cost and they do not pay or refund shipping/ they offered me 10 dollars off on another wig and I should keep the wig and give it to someone else. Do not I repeat DO NOT do business with this company they are a scam.

I contacted my bank and got a refund these guys need to be held accountable

I got my credit card statement and it stated on one charge : olivewigs - London, which confirm what I said on a previous review that the company is indeed based in the UK. For all who got scammed by this company, forget about Olivewigs, contact your credit card company and see if they can refund your money. I did contact my credit card company and they did refund me the whole amount. By the way, I sent an email to Olivewigs customer service telling them they’re a fraud and I hope they go out of business . I never heard back from them.

As many others didn't do, I failed to read the reviews before ordering. This company has fraudulent practices. Horrible customer service (if you can even call it that.) Wigs come from China, took too long to get, wig was not as advertised, difficult to contact company over many days - phone and email. When I finally did get a response, they had ridiculous solutions that would be ONLY to their benefit. DO NOT USE OLIVE WIGS FOR ANYTHING! THIS IS A SERIOUS WARNING!

I am so sorry that I didn't read the reviews before I ordered several orders! I have only received one order and the wigs are horrible! Nothing like the photos! Now, I am waiting for two more orders to arrive! My three orders were made in September and nothing has been resolved! A very costly lesson for me!

I ordered a wig two weeks ago, no communication whatsoever, no wig. I heard they're bad anyway. Don't bother!

Do not buy from this website! The pictures on their website are not what they ship to you. Their products are halloween wigs or even worse. I have been trying to send back the wig I received.
No one answers the phone, text or email. The wig was horrible and I am out $40.00!

Got my wigs, not even cut in . I got raw material wigs. Nobody will cut them into place .Your company sucks.

Not worth the money. The wig makes me look like a freak!! Looks nothing like the picture. Raquel Welsh should be ashamed of herself to sponsor this product.

I should have read reviews not as pictured .horrendous.wrong product ugliest wig I have ever seen. can't believe after reading all the reviews they are still getting away with it.They obviously take orders then ship whatever crap they have wig was supposed to be dark brown or black it is poop brown with red blotches in it.was supposed to be shoulder length it is waist length. Wig I ordered had side part wig they sent has middle part .I don t expect a refund it says on the internet advertisement I have 15 days, on their websight it says I have 60 days to return.took like 2 months to get it from china did not know they were located there.Pakage says new jersey. ordered from them after searching wigs and sent me email even though I did not search their site. big mistake.This company should not be in business.not expecting refund. out 44 bucks

The absolute worst wig store out there. Horrible customer service. They don’t respond by phone or by email. The wigs look dreadful… nothing like pictured and/or described. I may just wear to a Halloween costume party.

I bought a wig for myself and when I received the wig it was the wrong color and I was charged more than the web site advertised price. I called and talked to a lady and she looked at what I ordered and she said is that the color on the tag I said yes and she said that was what I ordered. She still has not sent me a return receipt. I researched and found they are not Accredited nor have they asked to be "Accredited" from Americas trusted Better Business Bureau, I find this questionable!

These are terrible. I don't think garbage can accept them even. Total fraud. You can't return them. Just be aware! If you have extra money, give it to charity.

I didn't get the product I ordered I can't get anyone to ever answer the phone number or E mail. I have tried over and over I sent the wigs back to the address on the oackage and they were delivered there on 8/ 22 2022 Now the olive wigs are telling me they didn't get them and I still have the receipt from the Post office with the tracking numner proving there were delivered. All I ever get as a reply is Your order has been shipped !!!!! They stole my money
