I emailed Sarah about a return that had not been processed. She replied within minutes, initiated my refund and advised that they had not yet received the shoes but that the issue was with their carrier .
I was impressed by the speed and by not putting an internal process issue back on to me before I got my refund. Not many organisations behave like that

I usually wear high-quality shoes like Joseph Cheaney, but my son felt those were too “dad” for him, so we tried Oliver Sweeney. The quality, design, and comfort of their shoes are outstanding, and you can immediately tell it is a brand that takes pride in craftsmanship.

Shopping for my son can be very challenging, but Sarah and Ridian handled everything with care, professionalism, and incredible speed. When one pair did not fit, Sarah took ownership immediately and arranged the return, and Ridian followed up to ensure the correct exchange was ready before the originals even returned.

We placed our order at the end of November, and during the Cyber Monday period, one of the shoes from our original order dropped in price. Ridian automatically price matched it and issued a refund, and I ended up ordering three more pairs at the same time.

The combination of exceptional product quality and genuinely thoughtful, proactive service makes Oliver Sweeney a brand I wholeheartedly recommend. Sarah and Ridian went above and beyond, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless one.
