Excellent service and I love my new sunglasses.

I have had the worst experience from this company. After receiving my order I had to immediately return the frames because they were absolutely horrendous and I was very sadden because I’ve always lusted after the Manhattan frame sunglasses but sadly they did not work for me. The return process is anachronistic, customers relish the convenience of being able to have a return label already printed in case they do have to return or exchange. Only listing your return policy on the website is shady. No where in my order did it state on how I would be able to return my item. I do NOT want to have to email corporate and wait 24 to 48 hours for a response on instructions on how to send back my unwanted purchase. Honestly this has been nothing short of a nightmare experience and I’ve lost faith in Oliver Goldsmith and what they truly stand for. Even after speaking with a rep from Oliver Goldsmith the expectation of conflict resolution was not met, only receiving a rudimentary response that was not helpful. So if I could leave 0 stars I would and I would suggest buying your frames elsewhere like Linda Farrow or Net-A-Porter.

I bought the Manhatten sunglasses as an early birthday present to myself because I am an Audrey Hepburn fan and I love them so much. The free shipping was great and they came in an elegant box and included a protective case and bag to keep them from getting scratched.

My interaction with the customer support staff was fantastic. They quickly recognized an error in my shipping address and requested a clarification. It alleviated a potential delay in delivery. Thank you.

It was the second time for me bying Matador glasses directly at OG. I had some questions about the procedure. There was some emeil traffic needed to answer my questions. Jodi Saul did answer very quick and did answer all my questions. From the order date it was only 3 days and the glasses was here in Germany.

Raj was very helpful in sourcing the frames so big thank you to him, payment process was simple enough and delivery time was quick.

First of all, I ordered this on a Saturday, and I received my order that Tuesday. I live in the States, so I was shocked by the swift delivery. Additionally, my order came with some surprises. I loved the tiny booklet, the postcard, the tiny candies, and the cloth. I felt the love. I have never had such an experience. The 1930s-001 Floating Monochrome was my first time ordering, but it will NOT be my last. I have gotten so many compliments on these unique shades. Thank you OG :)

Gorgeous sunglasses. I already received compliments, even though I was already feeling happy and confident wearing them. Every details is thought after. The engraved info inside the temples make it even more precious. Opening the box was a delight. And the candies are a nice touch! Great company. Keep going!!

The sunglasses are wonderful. I adore Audrey Hepburn, and to have sunglasses that she was the inspiration for is amazing.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses as a gift for my wife's anniversary. Estimated delivery time to US was 'next day.' Sure as hell, the next day the item was still in GB (operational delay). But I was not worried, as there was still ample time to get it. Fast forward 10 days. I still don't have the item in my hand, only pathetic excuses from OG. They want me to believe that FDA has somehow selected the package for inspection and keeps it under arrest. As if the sunglasses would be prescription glasses or some kind of drugs or something. Needless to say that the anniversary is gone; I had to go to a local store and spend money again on another gift. Thank you, OG, for screwing it up. Apologies are meaningless and downright insulting if it's just lip service.

I just received the sunglasses and I love them. The shipping was so fast and the packaging is so thoughtful, I love the Audrey Hepburn insert and treats.

I'd been searching for the "right" sunglasses for years and suddenly I had a brainwave and thought "what were the sunglasses worn by Audrey Hepburn in breakfast at Tiffany's?" A quick Google and Oliver Goldsmith came up..I normally buy cheaper sunglasses but you can feel the quality when you wear the ones by Oliver Goldsmith.. a fantastic buy and will last a lifetime..why settle for less?

Super personal service. Shipped me an identical new frame they still had in stock, when no shops in my home country could provide them for me or order them. My old frame broke. Direct dialog with the company, even if it was a bank holiday. And they placed a few sweets in the box, something no shop would do.

Raj was super helpful in locating a replacement frame! The replacement came super fast as well, especially considering international shipping. Very impressed!
