Frances was wonderful.

My great experience was in speaking with Frances. She was helpful, friendly, and prompt when I called to cancel my subscription.

I found the Olavitaskin product to be lovely, but I developed an allergy to it.

I would give the company a 5 rating, except I called a month ago to cancel my subscription, and still received another shipment, which I paid for and can't use. But I would give the customer service department a 5 for sure.

Just bad. Not a good company to do business with.

I ordered 1 bottle & received it-I wanted to try it. 3 weeks later I noticed I had a pending charge for another bottle. I called, they said it was their policy to auto send me it- I did not order it! I asked them to cancel but stated it was policy and I had to buy another bottle :( No refunds, although their website states they will give you a full refund after 90 days. I called my bank to stop payment, and they reversed payment. Don't buy, it is a scam. They do not deserve 1 star. Also, I noticed on March 31, 2026 that Amazon sells one bottle of serman for $16, a much better buy. And they do free returns.

They don’t even deserve one star! The most frustrating scam I’ve ever dealt with! The only kinda and helpful “person” is their messaging robot lady!

Totally dissatisfied

I only ordered one order at $100 .
A second and third shipment was sent after I communicated it be cancelled after the 2nd order arrived. Now, I received a 3rd order and cannot get a refund on 2nd or 3rd order.

Will NEVER NEVER order anything again!

Was misleading, not cancelled upon my request at 2nd order. Then, received a 3rd order. I feel I am entitled to a $200.00 refund and I have offered to return the Unopened six bottles.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied!

Poor customer service.

Very Nice Product.

The product is very good but my 1st order ended up being 9 boxes rather than the 6 that I was attempting to order. I did not want automatic shipments. I simply cannot afford to do it that way. Sorry for any inconvenience, however, thanks for your help & understanding.

I was charged for 2 shipments that I…

I was charged for 2 shipments that I didn't want.
I wasn't satisfied with the performance of the product.
The advertising pictures showed far more results than I actually experienced. The 2nd order followed so quickly thatI wasn't able to even finish the first bottle before another 3 bottles appeared, then another shipment on the heels of that one, then I was notified that another one was on it's way. I had canceled in writing but I have still remained on the "autoship account".
