A+ service… But frustrating online contact availability, not user-friendly.
I am reading this a 4 only because of my frustration and getting in touch with the appropriate people to handle my request. Once I was directed to Mark, my experience was a 5+. My problem was not with the product, but with the quantity I received. I was trying to return a portion of it.

Olivia stated that they refunded my money. They literally shipped 15 botttles in less than two months. When I asked to return the unopened bottles, they stated that they do not accept even unopened bottles from customers with subscriptions. When I asked them to cancel my subscription, they ignored my request and sent 3 more bottles. They finally refunded $105 for those last botttles because I disputed the order with American Express and cancelled my card to stop them from continuing to bill me for product that I didn’t order. The product does not work as the company claims. It actually makes your skin even dryer. The customer service is terrible
and the company is untruthful. Do not order from this company unless you just want to throw your hard earned money away.
I don’t want to see others experience the financial loss that I did. I also don’t want to see any one else be inconvenienced by having to cancel their credit card to stop this predatory company from taking advantage of them and rushing multiple bottles through. Please, do your research before trusting this company.

The products are excellent and actually have noticable results.
More than that, their customer relations are superb. I had to cancel my subscription bc my husband was in a horrific accident and we are cancelling all subscriptions until we have a better idea of what the medical bills may be.
Dan, a member of the Olavita team, could not have been more kind and thoughtful. He responded nearly immediately, canceling my subscription with no fuss. His words of sympathy brought me peace.
I will be resubscribing when I am able to do so.
Great product, great folks...what more can I say?

Don't order from them! I ordered the 3 pack and I paid for it on my credit card. I hadn't even received that order when they notified me they were sending another order of three. I contacted them immediately via email and telephone stating that I only ordered the one - 3 pack. They said I subscribed for contiuus deliveries which I DID NOT. Why would I order continuous deliveries when I hadn't tried it yet and to be honest, I NEVER do subscribtions and I certainly wouldn;t have with an order of 3 bottles each month? Sorry - - I don't ever use anything that fast.
They sent me THREE more orders after I kept telling tjem NO MORE. I even called Uniuni (delivery service) cuz I could not get an address so I could return the orders; they could not give me an address either. There was no return address on my package. I am still waiting for all the credits they owe me. What a hassle!!

Veronica was very helpful. I have a great experience with my Olavita serum and Liquid Solution and my eye product. The eye product got rid of my puffy eyes and the dark circles are fading. I would recommend Olavita products.
