A great company is when you have issues and how they are handled. We had to return a shipment after arrival. Dan handled our return request and offered alternate options. We did not utilize the alternatives. The return was handled quickly and professional with no additional pressure not to return. 5 stars.

Excellent Customer Service
I used Olavita serum and saw my wrinkles begin to smooth out, but then I had an allergic reaction. I wrote to the customer service team requesting to return unopened product for a refund. I heard back immediately from Mark, who was kind and sympathetic and who generously issued a refund right away and sent me the address for returning the bottles of serum. I had another question and interacted with Arti, who was also most helpful. In my experience, it is rare for a company to be that responsive and personable or to have such integrity. I wasn't asked to jump through hoops, mail the product to China, or wait months for a refund. I regret that I will no longer be using their product and interacting with them.

I wasn't impressed with the product emailed them and ask for a refund..jumped thru all the hoops they requested. Filled out their form paid return postage emailed the tracking number and put in on the package..checked it was delivered to them..still no refund after 3 more emails..finally received my refund. They said there was some kind of mix up on the receiving end of my return. Taken care of and an apology

When I first ordered this product, somehow
"subscription" was marked. I did NOT want a subscription. I think that the app changed it. I got the product & had issues with my skin becoming red & blotchy. I reported that & returned all but 2 Liquid
Solutions. Product was unopened & I sent them a tracking number. I received an email from Co-
founder, Olivia, stating that my issue had been resolved. I have sent emails, called & then received more product. The still have NOT resolved my issue &
they have not returned my call or emails. However, I do still get emails with more ads.

Great Customer bad exit to order/purchase.
The customer service I received from Arti was exceptional. The reason I gave the company a lower review is that your website or rather the news article that linked me to your offers was very disappointing. I chose to purchase to jars of your product however when I tried to check out I was forced into watching a mandatory video that went on far too long and then when it finally ended and I tried to decline additional offers I couldn't get out of the video area and therefore could not complete my purchase. Which led me to having to deal with your customer service.
