Thieves and a truly useless ride hailing app
I cancelled a trip well within Ola’s policy and they chose to ignore and still stole the entire ride journey fee direct from my bank account.
Use Uber, free ride, lift and other ride hailing apps and steer clear of Ola!!!

Beware!
Wednesday 12/08/20- booked from Acton High St to Wembley Ikea.
Interesting I was invited to join Ola cabs. I booked a ride £8.35 (not bad). However, When I tried to book a ride back, my bank refused the payment! Next thing I got a text, calls, voicemail from the bank saying my card was used by "Olaride" somehow they helped themselves with £19
Deleting this app from my phone. Back to Uber!

Back to Bolt/Uber I go...
I have been charged several times (an additional £1) in addition to the final amount for my rides. Alerted Ola Customer Care about this and after 48 hours they concluded it is not a problem on their side and advised me to contact my bank, even though each transaction has gone through under their trading name! Really unhappy!
