Next-day delivery which I wasn't expecting. Plus my favourite flavour, which no-one else offers - US Tobacco. As an ex-Marlboro smoker, it is really authentic.

Ok vape is a very good company. But the courier they use to deliver are awful. When you contact ok vape to say you’re parcel has not been delivered and signed for by you they tell you to go and look for it and ask a possible 68 neighbours because the picture only shows someone feet no door number nothing. So very quick to charge for delivery but not so quick to investigate when there’s an issue, just back and forth emailing

After reviewing your case, I can confirm that our team has already been in touch with the delivery company. They have let you know that if the driver is able to revisit the address where your parcel was incorrectly delivered, your items could still arrive today. If this is not possible, we will make sure a replacement is sent out to you without delay.
Please accept our sincere apologies for initially requesting that you check with a neighbour. I completely understand how that may have seemed inappropriate, and it certainly was not our intention to cause any added stress.
My colleague was unaware of the number of flats in your building, but rest assured, your experience is being taken seriously.
We will closely monitor the recollection and delivery process, and if there are any further issues, we’ll organise a replacement parcel for you right away.
We are extremely sorry again that you have experienced this.
