I'm so pleased to know that your pans are the safest ones on the market. I get them clean easier as well. Thanks bunches!!

These pans are excellent. They are versatile, easy to clean and great value for money. No, they're not cheap, but if you want quality you pay for it.

I received the products I ordered in a timely fashion. My new wok may well be the best cooking pot I’ve ever had. I also really like the titanium cutting surface, especially because the vegetables don’t bounce onto the floor as you cut them. They just stay right there on the surface.

I am surprised and extremely pleased by how good my wok pan is. It’s important to follow the instructions given in order to reap the maximum benefits. Proper pan preparation and low to medium heat cooking are the way to go with this “wok”as opposed to traditional Chinese wok pans which are high heat instruments.
For reasons I cannot yet explain, my meals are tasting better with this pan!

This pan is so light that I can flip eggs with my wrist. I suffer from osteoarthritis and found cooking painful. I found that this pan is so easy to cook with and so easy to clean. I am also happy that it does not contain any harmful chemicals!

This pan is NOT nonstick I have to scrub hard every time I use it. Do not buy.

I ordered a saucepan on the 9th of February and have not received it. I contacted them several times and finally received a tracking number which has no updates since 10 Feb. Different people contacted me with differing ridiculous stories but nothing lately except for requests for a review. I have concluded that they are a scam

The three frying pans I got are amazing. They heat up super quick and nothing sticks. Easy to clean. I really recommend this brand Okura, no bull, just results.

Okura is a scam. I sent this email and I have to get response.
Here are the issues with your products that were shipped to me:
The logos stamped at the bottom of the pot and pan are different. The pan clearly indicates “Okura” while the pot doesn’t indicate any brand name.
The threaded studs on the sides of the pan have severe black burn marks caused by the welding of the studs to the pan. The studs also have sharp burs. The welding job is very poor as if it was done by a trainee who is practicing welding. The sharp metal burs on the threads cut my finger while I was holding the pan with my hands. Handles are not sitting on the studs flush with the surface of the pot. In order to install the handles, I have to force the handles in place and still don't fit. From what I see, the bend on the handles were not made correctly.
The inside of the pot is darker material but the inside of the pan is bright shiny color which indicates the pot and the pan are made of different material or different processes were used to make each one. Either the pot and pan were made of different material or manufactured in different places.
The lid of the pan is very loose and wobbles on the pan. The lid and the edges on the top of the pan have different designs making it impossible for the lid to be placed correctly on the pan. This is a safety issue. If the lid falls off the pan when it is heated up for cooking, it could cause burn injury.
The lid of the pot is slightly smaller than the diameter of the pot.
The handles and hardware of the pot were shipped in an open zipper-bag which is very unprofessional and it only proofs that these products are made at home and not in a factory.
The pan was placed in a dark green box with Okura logo on it, while the pan was wrapped in some fabric and placed in and shipped in a basic unmarked cardboard box.
Both the pot and the pan I received are bright shiny silver color and highly magnetic, while we all know that Titanium is not magnetic and that Titanium is a dark bluish color metal not bright shiny silver.
Considering the price of the pan and the pot, and all of the issues listed above, the pot and pan appear to be knockoffs not high quality products as advertised.
Although the cookware is advertised as made in Japan, both items were shipped to me from Shenzhen China. The Japanese products are really high quality and never have so many issues as the products they have shipped to me.
I have serious doubts about the quality of your products, the advertisement, and business practice. This is misleading and rip off.
Based on all the evidence, I am extremely dissatisfied with the products. They are not titanium and are not made in Japan.

The delivery was slow but the pans are great. I purchased the two handled pan, loved it and then ordered the large wok. The large wok is wonderful because of its light weight and is versatility. There’s a learning curve to using the frying pan, no more than stainless but the clean up is wonderful.

Worst customer service ever! All of the positive reviews they wright them them self with AI. Don't buy from Okura Cookware!

I love this cookware! It's so nice I want to give it as a wedding present to my son. My only complaint is the packaging. The knife is shipped in a bubble wrap envelope. No box. For such high quality products, a decent gift box would be nice. I now must search for an appropriate gift box to wrap this present.

I am very happy with the service and and delivery of the pan I ordered. I was kept updated on the delivery process and the pan arrived on time

There is no real person customer service to get a hold with. You can only reach them by email. Product prices are overpriced. They can give you an additional 5% - 15% if you don't place an order right away. Their discount limited time is false information as well. This discount always pops up everyday.

I don't know who gave you a one star because that is insane! I have not found a better pan it is durable it is lightweight it is consistent and easy to clean I am a proud owner for sure I intend to order more from the line of products in the future so many things I have my eye on!!
