Prompt, thorough, responsive to specific requests for activities. Very well arranged regarding transfers (road and air) and our lodge choices in Okavango. Easy to work with. Excellent recommendations for eating places in Vic Falls. Clearly well experienced and professional, making this one of our best, of many, African experiences. Recommend them very highly.

Okavango Delta Explorations handled our group’s whole trip professionally and thoughtfully. We stayed in marvelous locations and ate in charming restaurants. All of the flight logistics worked seamlessly. A truly friendly and caring company, especially the owner Louise FitzGerald.

All was excellent with this company. Anna was professional and helpful, always following up in appropriate time frames, answering all my questions, and flexible with any changes that arose in the planning process. The lodges themselves were all part of Desert & Delta, which were fantastic. From the staff to the food to the experiences we had, we couldn't be happier. The transportation was all seamless as well, and we were thoroughly impressed. We would love to book another safari in the future with this company as their customer service and execution was top notch.

The team at Okavango Delta Explorations was fantastic. They took care of every detail of my custom 60th birthday trip, from booking everything to having staff to greet me at the airports. Though they managed the trip, it was a collaborative planning experience. They listened to my priorities and wish list and made great recommendations based on their expertise. They ensured my birthday was so special, including surprise champagne toast on my helicopter charter! They were very quick to reply to all my messages during planning phase, and their Vamoos travel app was such an amazing and useful tool. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again.

The lodges were superb and the staff really made the experience wonderful. Service from time of enquiry to the flight home was all handled very well.

We did 3 camps and each camp we experienced superb lodging. It is called a tent but it meets the standard of a 4 to 5 star hotel. Everything possible is foreseen. Excellent food en excellent large protected beds , no worry about insects or other disturb-and animals. Safety was great. Food superb. Extremely lovely and friendly people. Can not be better.
During the 8 days we spend in the 3 camps we saw al possible animals and diverse landscapes.
And last but not least Maxine Eustice advised us wonderfully and everything she promised became more than true.

Maxine was very responsive and helped steer me to the perfect place for my Botswana safari. I would greatly recommend this company. I am based in the US. There are a number of nuances when booking a safari.

The safari portion of the trip was absolutely fabulous, as was the stay at Batonka. At the start of the planning process (which goes back to December 2024), I had no idea of the complex planning involved. Maxine threaded the needle quite nicely between high-end luxe trips and more budget-oriented versions. The food, facilities, guides, camp staff, and experiences were all top-notch. All the arrangements, pickups, etc. went seamlessly and smoothly.

I can normally find fault with one or more aspects of a trip like this, and I can find nothing to warrant less than highly positive feedback for absolutely every aspect.

It was a lifechanging experience for me and my Granddaughter. We found ourselves in true "Out Of Africa". The huge concession is managed with utmost expertise, the team is highly trained and knowledgeable fully understanding their enormous responsibility for their guests. The horses are well trained and at ease confronting the wild animals at short distance, an elephant-bull almost charging at 5 meters distance, 8 lions next to the jeep, 4 of them on a tree during sunset, canoe gliding over the water "a la Venezia" in utter silence with hippos and beautiful birds, sundowners without end ..........
Charming friendliness and efficiency like Swiss Clockwork, excellent and tasty meals, fresh vegetables prepared "al dente", fabulous cakes, early morning tea-coffee, Savanna-picnics, Candlelight dinners with laid table out in nowhere under glittering stars. What else can you hope for?
I utterly recommend the Okavango Delta Exploration based on my extensive experience as the Founder of RESCHIO, the renowned Estate and Castle Hotel in Umbria, Italy.

Excellent organisation of our Botswana safari section of our holidays, highly reliable, almost instant communication, everything worked perfectly both regarding the flights and the lodges. Our preferred lodges (Mme Tsebe/Kwai and Setari/Upper Okawango Delta) were booked, even the number of nights and the sequence changed upon our request (to 4 nights Tsebe, 2 nights Setari, perfect combination and sequence). The lodges were first class, the guides at the lodges were wonderful.

Everything ran pretty smoothly ! Hotels booked were great and local activities were very good, I believe due to a fine selection of local partners that were very responsive and helpful. The itinerary put together was great and quite doable.

25 day journey through the Okavango Delta, Kalahari Desert, Victoria Falls and South Africa, wonderfully organised and curated by Maxine from Okavango Delta Explorations. Pre-departure information was extensive and accurate, including local customs. The many connections and transfers were well organised and worked well. Maxine's first hand knowledge of the Delta camps ensured we were at the right places for our interests. And the same for the Cape and Victoria Falls.

The honeymoon trip was incredibly well organised by Louise. Every suggestion added a brilliant addition to the trip.
Our mobile safari was fantastic, the Okvango Delta is such a beautiful place.

Camping on the salt pans under the stars, seeing leopards, elephants , wild dogs and meerkats are only a few highlights.

We have no complaints, no negative feedback whatsoever.

My wife and I used Okavango Delta Explorations for the Safari and Victoria falls leg of our trip.
It’s safe to say Maxine and the team pulled out all the stops to make this one of the most memorable experiences of our lives.
Maxine suggested some great options with different price ranges for the Safari - she answered all our questions and was extremely helpful throughout the process which was needed as we had never travelled to this part of the world before so it helped having someone on the ground with such amazing local knowledge.
We stayed at Kanana and it did not disappoint - the game drives, the camp the people everything exceeded our expectations - a truly unforgettable experience.
We also went on to Victoria falls after which was a bucket list moment ticked off our list and also a wonderful experience.
Maxine and the team took care of all the logistics and everything ran so smoothly with all flights, transfers and accommodations going off without a hitch!
