Amazing product with amazing customer service
The customer service was amazing and answered all my questions promptly. Super easy to use and Helps track safety for isolated workers with amazing notification services if employee doesnt report on time.

As someone searching for the right…
As someone searching for the right option all I wanted was a price quote for the complete service and all I got was how much per worker. I didn’t like the fact that as a small
Company we had to provide our own monitors used to contact emergency people. If some pressed the help
Button to me they need help. The middleman-ourselves-should not have to be involved as we don’t have the resources for that which made it unattractive for us to pursue any further

Great option for lone working!
This app lets our employees use their work phones (already provided by our company) as lone working devices. The app can send alerts to any phone number or email if a worker fails to check in. We found it very adjustable and it was able to work well with existing processes. Our employees appreciated the extra layer of security it provided.

Reliable, Simple, and Gives Me Peace of Mind
I’ve been using the Ok alone app regularly for my job, and I genuinely can’t imagine working without it now. As someone who often works solo or in isolated situations, safety is a real concern — and Okalone has given me that extra layer of reassurance I didn’t know I needed.
The app is very easy to use, even when I’m in a rush. It doesn’t drain my battery or flood me with notifications, but it’s always working in the background, ready if something goes wrong. I like that I can set timers and check in with just a tap. The emergency alerts and GPS tracking are clear, fast, and accurate, which gives both me and my employer peace of mind.
Support has been helpful the couple of times I’ve had questions, and it’s obvious the team behind the app actually cares about worker safety. Highly recommend to anyone working alone, in the field, or even just commuting at odd hours. A solid 5 stars from me — simple, effective, and it just works.

Great Customer Service, Valuable Investment in Safety
The customer service has been amazing! Scott has been great to work with. He has taken the time to understand our company and our safety outcomes. Support has been very hands on, from demo, to set up, and customization.
Partnering with OKAlone has increased our confidence in our safety program. The OKAlone app is very easy for our lone workers to use and for our monitors to manage. Our lone workers feel more supported when working in remote areas and our monitors have more confidence in the safety process as a whole. This implementation has really dialed up our safety and it has proven to be a valuable investment in protecting our people.
