Standard Lamp
I recently purchased a standard lamp plus shade from OKA in Knutsford, East Cheshire. Their assistant Louise was incredibly helpful and kind. Being disabled she brought my purchases to my car. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Exceptional Service
A delightful young lady Ellie served me today. She was very helpful finding all the products I wanted. She took care unwrapping and checking every item for me and I didn’t feel under pressure to rush. She specifically checked an item that was reduced so I received the discount and final helped me to carry all my bags to the car. What super customer service often hard to find these days. I was in Knutsford today and when heading home noticed an Oka store so quickly turned around!! So glad I did! Lots of gorgeous items!! Davina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made up a list of my favourites for me! A really friendly team and wonderful store, only problem
Is the size of my shopping list as a result! I will revisit when the new build is complete to buy all my favourites albeit I may well buy some now and hide them from my husband!! A really lovely shopping experience which is rare these days!!
