I visited the store in Harrogate purchased some cushions however I needed two more, they were out of stock online I telephoned another store in Knutsford to see if they had stock which they had thankfully, the store went out of their way to get them to me.
I now have the full set which are beautiful, thank you so much for the fantastic service.

I made an enquiry online about the Peking TV cabinet and used the instore advisory service. The message was picked up within minutes by Ellie who was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I asked to see any images of the interior of the piece and although it wasn’t in Ellie’s store, she quickly arranged for another store to take a couple of photos which she then sent to me. These really helped to make my decision to buy. The order process was smooth (I also took advantage of the free delivery offer - again assisted by Ellie!). It was delivered within a few days, great communication throughout the process. Absolutely love the cabinet!! ❤️

Sorry to do this but I am so annoyed…
Sorry to do this but I am so annoyed with Oka. I ordered and paid for a Rug on 22/7/26 with an expected delivery date late August. My Account states Order fulfilled.
I noticed the expected date had changed to end of Sep on the website so messaged Oka via the website to which I have not received a reply. I called the Knutsford Store and spoke to Michelle who could not give me a date. I called again the following day and was informed the Order had been processed incorrectly. They offered to create a new Order and to expect delivery late September or to take the Rug that has been on the floor in the Store. It would appear that it is the Customer's responsibility to chase the Order and not Oka's to update the Customer. Attitude of Staff not good. Refund will be with me in 5 days. Not a good experience and certainly not the Customer Service expected from the Oka brand.

I wanted to thank the staff at this store for really taking the time and understanding that it takes to design a beautiful home. I've bought many things form this company over a period to time and enjoy the high level of service as well as the products , fabrics and furniture. The staff in this store are exceptional. What i love most is how i find my own style without it looking set, and also being able to move pieces around the house knowing i can change rooms with just simple things knowing its all going work. finally a company that really does work for me with timeless pieces.

A beautiful Oka location in Knutsford
A beautiful Oka location in Knutsford! It was my first visit and I will certainly be going back! Staff were extremely helpful and well informed. Car parking was available, a real bonus as Knutsford is a busy place! I purchased a small garden table and a shelving unit both in the sale! Quality additions to my home! Please open another store closer to home, perhaps Chester!

Had a really great experience on…
Had a really great experience on Saturday in Oka Knutsford . We were helped by a lovely team member called Michelle who was knowledgable , helpful and enthusiastic . We found several pieces which fit into our home perfectly .
Our delivery was also followed up by a phone call to check everything had arrived ok . We’ve bought from Oka in the past and will definitely be visiting again in the future . Very well done Xx
