Excellent products and customer service
I’ve bought some lovely pieces of furniture and soft furnishings from the Harrogate Oka store recently and over the last couple of years. I am delighted with how they have added another level of style and quality to my home.
The staff in the Harrogate store are all approachable, friendly and helpful, particularly Zoe, who has gone out of her way to help me achieve the look I want.
Zoe has been so supportive, putting together design ideas without any pressure at all. I have felt comfortable in taking my time and, as a result, I am delighted with the comfort and look of my home.

I went into the Harrogate store looking for a particular item, a Joshua table, and was served by a delightful lady, Michelle. She was extremely pleasant and very helpful, and we are more than pleased with our purchase. We first visited Oka in Broadway many years ago, and are so fortunate to have a store near our home!
