Dealing with Fleur from OKA, Harrogate was such a pleasant and seamless interaction. Not just because of the professionalism but also the attentiveness - making sure that the customer is looked after and taking the stress out of the situation. The stress is unrelated to OKA, but having Fleur on hand made that external stress manageable with the furniture buying from OKA, taken care of.
Highly recommend in every regard.

OKA is one of my go to Home design…
OKA is one of my go to Home design stores . I have been purchasing all sorts of home interior items from them for many years . First in Bath when I refurbished an 17th Barn and now in Harrogate . OKA lends its designs towards contemporary eclecticism and style. Layering colours and textures, there is an art to mixing accessories colours and fabrics with good taste and in my opinion OKA do it very well .
The staff at the Harrogate store are all extremely friendly and helpful. I have just recently refurbished an entire 5bed/3 reception room house . So I have been popping in and out of the Oka showroom for the last 15 months buying all manner of accessories, cushions , art ,lamps and furniture . They are happy to refund or exchange any items that may not suit, regardless of how many times this may be until the right decision is made, It is often difficult tell how any one item will look once in place within your own home . Oka are most accommodating. I especially like the pottery , lighting , glass wear and the soft furnishings . I absolutely recommend a visit , It is my understanding that OKA are opening a new showroom at Redbrick near Leeds . I will look forward to visiting . OKA have special event days, so watch out for them as you may save yourself some money whilst picking out something beautiful for your home .

I visited the Harrogate showroom to seek advice regarding renewing cushions for three existing sofas in a garden room. I had taken photographs and was guided with regard to colours and textures.

Great products and customer service
A couple of weeks ago we bought a rug from Oka in Harrogate. We had been searching for weeks. We were served by Carol, who was incredibly helpful and patient. Carol also helped with new cushions for our sofa to complement the new rug. Again Carol was brilliant, she has a great eye for colour and style. As a result we are very happy with our revamped lounge and new colour tones.

A Fantastic Shop for Soft Furnishings
This was the first time we had been in this shop. It was a beautiful shop, well laid out with some fantastic items for the home. We bought an artificial Amerillo Plant for our Dinning Table. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again.
