Update - all sorted.
Bought and paid for order via Facebook & Paypal. Arranged to collect at 10am 21/2. Door to office is locked, phone auto answers "we will connect you to a member of the team" but doesn't. Email bounces back undeliverable. No response on messenger. What more can I say??

Great Item, delivered on time, sturdy envelope. Nothing to complain about

My order was not fulfilled completely, I was missing one item. I emailed, sent Messenger messages and tried phoning the day after I picked my order up. I have been trying to resolve this issue ever since with emails, Messenger messages with no success and no response, other than an auto generated reply stating they aim to respond within 2-4 hours! Customer service is non existent. All I wanted was an answer to my question and explanation.

I am very sorry but I have not received my order yet, I did send you a message but have not had a reply!!!!!

The drawing of the Queen buying a last ice cream from the Hockings ice cream van was just brilliant. When I saw it I just had to have a print and I was not disappointed. The fact that the printer produced them for free and all proceeds were going to the Childrens Hospice was a wonderful gesture.

You keep asking me to review your service but I have so far not received my order so I would say the service is rubbish!!!

The print was just as was described and excellent. Thank you. I had one for my daughter and one for myself. If the print is still available in the new year I will definitely be reordering for birthday presents. It's so good that someone is giving to the children's hospice without thinking of themselves.

Order hasn’t arrived. E mails return undeliverable. No answer on the phone

Update 16th December. … having finally elicited a response through this website, the company sent out some new prints which arrived today.
