Very considerate and neat job of printing and framing my poem, Great job.

I had customised print made of a song thats not been released. The customer service was excellent, sent me the print for final approval.
It arrived beautifully giftwrapped and very quickly.

I ordered 2 notebooks and a card with a coaster. The card and coaster were fine, but the card was much smaller than expected for the price (there was no size in the description). They all arrived together in a jiffy bag. The cover of one of the notebooks was completely detached and the spines of both were so bashed that they could not be opened and used. I emailed and asked to be refunded for the notebooks, sending photos. They were year 11 teacher presents & I had needed them before replacement items would arrive so I'd had to buy replacement gifts from elsewhere. Instead replacements were sent out. They were well packaged this time but there were still issues with the spines, you have to be really careful when opening pages for it to work properly. The printing on the front of the notebook is poor quality and instead of looking black and sharp like the photo on the website, it is dark green and looks slightly blurred around the edges of each letter. They look like I spent a lot less on than I did.

Great gift, exactly as pictured and described. Easy ordering process and delivered on time.
Personalised engraving was spot on.

Quick and efficient service

The process of ordering from start to finish was really easy, the instructions were clear throughout the website and the product was received very quickly. Once the bag arrived I noticed the quality of the product it exceeded my expectations by being so thick and durable. Being the first person to review is always concerning.
Anyway, I placed my first order with this company on Boxing day. On 29th December they sent the proof and I authorised it within half an hour. Today is the 8th January and after emailing them 4 times I have no idea where the item is, there's no tracking and they aren't responding to my messages. I have no idea what else to do, so I thought I should leave yet another bad review.
I've spent the money, don't have the item and they aren't responding. What else can I do?

Finally this morning my order has arrived and the quality of the product is really good. HOWEVER, customer service have still failed to respond to my messages after a week of trying to get hold of anyone. If the service had been better this would have been upgraded to a 5 star review, but with customer care non-exist at a 3 star review seems pretty fair.
