Requested a withdrawal which was processing and waiting to be paid out. I received an email this morning asking for ID before they complete a withdrawal? You are a survey site and have NO right to ask me for ID to complete my withdrawal to receive £12? Lol keep the £12 because I refuse to send my id to a survey site absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Genuine deals, I have waited until money was in my bank before reviewing and all has been good. Not the fastest but obviously they have to check you have fully completed deals before paying out. Easy money A++

Stole my money
I tried to log in to my account today, but it said details were incorrect. I tried to do reset password, it told me my account did not exist.
I go to the OhMyDosh website, and find that apparently, if you don't use your account in 6 months they close it and you "forefit" your balance - I presume this is what happened to me.
By "forefit" they mean "We take it as our own profit, thanks".
The FAQ also tells us that they will email us 2 weeks before they do this. I check my emails daily, and just now checked my email history and can confirm that I NEVER received any notification of the sort.
Never have I known a website do something like this.
My theory is that their are astronomical ammounts of money sat in customers accounts that aren't "heavy" users of the site, and that OhMyDosh came to the bright idea of "Hey - there are millions of pounds sat in customers accounts here and they aren't withdrawing it. Let's just close all their accounts and we keep the profit".
To add insult to injury, the only way you can contact support is by opening another account and submitting a ticket. There is no support email or number you can call.
Honestly, absolutely disgusting practice. Stole my money with no warning.
