I had no idea this site had closed! Received no notification. Had around £25 in there. So where’s our money gone as we can’t access it?

Rubbish company. As it is already been mentioned, apparently the company closed and I still have over 10£ in my account but I am not able to redeem it as the minimum is 15£ now. Really disappointed as I’ve been using the app for a while and never had any problem.

Shut down and wouldn't let us withdraw as they left on the minimum amount to withdraw.

I have over £12 with them but less than the £15 so couldn't withdraw.

The site said we would all get our money but clearly that was a lie.

Can't email or anything.

Loverewards is closing or closed, with no warning! What happens to the money in the account?

Although I visit this cite daily I was surprised when I logged in a few minutes ago to find that love rewards has closed, I was given no warning of this, and I want to know how I go about getting the full amount I have earned. It shows that you can exchange vouchers up to £30.00 but I have £36.80 pence in my account.

Absolutely crap take you ages to earn anything then you wait a lifetime to actually get your reward , then if you try to Facebook message then it replies to email them for quick response 7 days so far no response if that quick then Jesus that’s poor more like , my reward said it was due in the 17th it’s now the 25th and no sign and no response still , stay clear of this site if I could I would give it a zero stars that’s for sure

Worth a visit every now and again to pick up a few pennies, but most offers involve you receiving spam emails and phone calls which is a nuisance, especially when you only get a couple of pennies each time...

Used to be a great site when it was new but has gone downhill ever since, which is such a shame.

An easy way to earn a bit of money. Takes a while to build up enough to claim however.

Get no notification so keep forgetting to login daily and get daily scratch card or reward mail

This site used to pay out but my last payment has been pending for ages. I’ve sent off 3 emails but had no reply.

This site was paying out vouchers up until beginning of this year, I have however had a voucher pending since 14 march was due to be released on the 29th march.
However it is still pending, I have emailed 4x, sent message on site in help 3x, never had replies now help contact cannot be found. I have earned this voucher and want it paid plz.

I have been waiting for a voucher for a couple of days and I have received no reply to my emails to support either. This site is currently still active and is allowing other users to continue making money when they have no intent on paying out what is owed. Avoid this site and email support to request that they delete all of your data. There are plenty of other sites out there that will actually reward you for your time, this isn't one of them!!
