As you choose to change my narrative of all my previous messages - I will re-iterate that I have now said on NUMEROUS occasions, that we tried it on for size - as a customer I absolutely do not expect to have to inspect the product piece by piece for water marks. That is not something that a normal company would expect. This seems to be individual only to OhHello Clothing ! Adherence to the return policy is possibly the only line you keep repeating time after time.. Your narrative of 'fairness and consistency' is not at all what your company stands for - and the responses are practically cut and paste for everyone. Issues are not uniform, issues are not the same for everyone, and should not be wiped out with a 'one for all' response. This is not good business practice, despite what you might think.
Your very smart comment at the end regarding thanking the customers 'that do follow your returns policy' has only prompted me to take further action.

Quite surprised as I have posted a negative review last week, which now mysteriously has gone missing??? Ordered a beautiful yellow dress for my daughters debs, arrived very quickly, and we fit it on very quickly and sizing was perfect. We didn't 'inspect' the dress and as it was tried on at night time, we didn't notice the numerous water stains that were all over the dress. This was only noticed the day before the debs. Large water stains to the front, back and all along the bodice of the dress. Do not dry clean, only spot clean on the label !! Incredible as the 'spots' were so large it would have been impossible to adhere to the instructions. Absolutely no customer service, and were not even willing to refund any amount as the dress was now worn !! Seriously, what was she to wear a day before the debs !! I will never order another item, and will also be telling everyone I know not to order !!

We are disappointed to read this review, but it is important to provide clarity for future customers. This order was delivered on 6/8, and we were first contacted at 3:41pm on the day of the customer’s event (which began @ 3.30pm) – 19 days after delivery. At that point, it was confirmed the dress was perfect at try-on, and that the marks were only noticed on the very day it was due to be worn.
Our returns policy is clearly outlined both at checkout and on our website. It requires that any issues are reported within 48 hours of delivery and that items are returned unworn and in their original condition. Unfortunately, in this instance, the dress was worn to the event, which means it no longer qualified for return or refund.
We completely understand how disappointing it is to find an issue close to such an important occasion, but our policies are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers. They protect every shopper and allow us to continue providing quality and service.
At Oh Hello Clothing, we genuinely care about customer satisfaction and encourage all customers to check their order as soon as it arrives. This way, any concerns can be raised and resolved quickly and fairly.
We would also like to thank the many customers who do follow our returns process, as it allows us to resolve any rare issues swiftly and keep trust at the heart of our service

The dress I ordered got delivered to me the very next day after purchasing online! It was my first time ordering from this store, the dress is lovely quality and looks fabulous. There prices are also very affordable and they have a wide range of products to choose from! Definitely recommend ordering from this company.

Stunning long black dress for a wedding
Purchased a dress for a wedding and it was stunning. True to size and was the perfect length. I ordered a long black dress and I am 5"4. The dress looked beautiful and was amazing quality and was delivered in 2-3 days. Very efficient service. Order never arrived
Order never arrived – company refused refund or replacement
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered two dresses worth nearly £200 for important business events, but the parcel never arrived. Despite multiple emails and following up with Royal Mail, I was told that the claim window had expired, and the company refused to offer a refund or resend the items.
What’s even more frustrating is that legally, it’s the seller’s responsibility to ensure the goods are delivered—not the courier’s. I made the purchase in good faith, and they have essentially washed their hands of it, leaving me out of pocket with nothing to show for it.
Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. They ended the conversation by saying it was their “final email” and refused to take further responsibility. I’ve now had to raise a chargeback with my bank and submit a complaint to the Retail Ombudsman.
I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this company, especially for time-sensitive or high-value items. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect accountability or a resolution.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment, but we must clarify the facts regarding your order.
According to the Royal Mail tracking information—shared with you and available to both parties—your parcel was marked as successfully delivered to the GPS location provided at checkout. You were also sent multiple delivery confirmations via email from both ourselves and Royal Mail.
You first contacted us three weeks after this confirmed delivery. As clearly stated in our policy, customers must notify us of any delivery issues within 48 hours of the parcel being marked as delivered. This timeframe is standard across the industry and is in place to allow for timely investigation with the courier, including GPS confirmation, driver interviews, and local depot checks.
Unfortunately, by waiting three weeks, the opportunity to open a claim with Royal Mail had passed. Despite this, we still provided all the tracking information and explained the situation clearly and respectfully. Our decision not to offer a refund or replacement was based on both our stated policies and the delivery evidence provided by the courier.
While we appreciate your frustration, we cannot accept liability for orders that show as delivered and are reported missing weeks later without prompt notification. This policy is in place to protect both our customers and our business.
We stand by our handling of this matter and regret that you feel the need to leave a misleading review.

Beautiful Dress & Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a dress from Oh Hello Clothing for a wedding, and I couldn’t be happier with it! The dress was absolutely beautiful and the quality was truly impressive. I felt amazing wearing it!
There were a few loose stitches when the dress arrived, so I reached out to their customer service team. They quickly offered to replace the dress, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, there wasn’t enough time for a replacement before the event, but instead, they refunded my shipping costs as a gesture of goodwill.
Not only was the dress stunning, but their customer service was also incredibly helpful and accommodating. I would definitely shop with Oh Hello Clothing again!

Low Quality Dress
I bought a dress for my baby's christening. The dress beautiful and arrived very quickly. However, I had worn the dress for one full day and by the end of the day they was thread coming lose from the dress and there was little balls in various places on the dress, particular the front thighs. Given the price of the dress, I wouldn't expect this to happen. Dress is low quality.
