I cannot praise Nicholas O Hara enough they were superb nothing was too much trouble and the help and support they gave me at such a difficult time was outstanding.
They took great care of my husband which was such a great comfort.

I cannot fault the service provided by Nicholas O'Hara Funeral Directors for my Mum's funeral. From first contacting them they were so understanding and sympathetic. The funeral day ran exactly as planned and they made a very difficult day much easier for me to go through. All of the Staff are very professional and caring - thank you to you all.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Every single person we had contact with ensured that we were looked after and our needs met. Loosing a loved one is very hard, but Anthony and his team made the process bearable. We live in Australia so extra stressful for us,but it was a blessing knowing dad was being well cared for by them before we could arrive into the UK for the service. Everything was planned with such care, and we will always be grateful for there respect and care for Dad and ourselves.

The whole team showed symathy for our loss, efficency in the execution of their individual tasks and continuing concern for our wellbeing. There was always guidance for our decision making but not with pressure to reach a quick decision. The funeral itself went without hitch and all the mourners were in agreement that it was a fitting send off for my wife. I was so impressed that I decided to ask for their help to set up a funeral plan for myself.

Nicholas O Hara and Charlotte in particular were highly professional. Charlotte's sensitivity and kindness were greatly appreciated during such a difficult time. From the time we approached them to the day of the funeral nothing was too much trouble.

This was our second funeral with O'Hara's, the first last year for our father and this one for our mother.
Both were as perfect as one could hope, with every detail covered in a sensitive approach. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have valued the focus on, not just the important things of process which are evident; the respectful presentation of the staff, the manner in which they hold themselves and regard their customers, the beautiful fleet of cars, but also those things which are small, discreet in their kindness.
Despite being one of the most painful times one faces, O'Hara's made the sad experience of losing my husband the most cherished experience that it could have been in the way in which they showed love and care in the work that they do.
It has been the “small” (but important) things that have touched my heart deeply, as well as the professionalism of the whole company’s approach; all done quietly, with great humility, consideration, thoughtfulness and indeed love. While my heart was breaking at the loss of my husband, they were helping to mend it with…….."The small things".
The whole service that was provided is imbued with the detail of care and love that are part of the company's vision set out by Nicholas O'Hara, often expressed in those small things that touch the heart and show the care in which they regard the deceased and their family.

The whole process was professional, considerate and efficient. I was provided with plenty of guidance and contacted on several occasions to check how I was doing. At the cremation, the staff conducted the process seemingly & with the upmost professionalism. The presentation of the staff was second to none. I cannot fault the service in anyway.

Our Dad passed away only a few months after being diagnosed with Motor Neurones Disease. We choose O’Haras to look after him, There was never another choice of who we would use to give dad the best send off.

Nicholas O Hara Funeral Directors are a most professional & thoughtful organisation. They conducted themselves in an outstanding fashion at a most difficult and emotional time for the next of kin.
