A huge thanks to the OFX team for the smooth transfer of amount abroad at a great exchange rate. It is my pleasure to deal with OFX. Their customer service is great. Because it was international money transfer, it took little more time to get to the receiver but good exchange rate and free service makes OFX worthwhile to use. I highly recommend OFX.

During the process I spoke with 4 different customer service representatives. The first 3 I only spoke with once. The last, I had 4 different conversations with. Why 4, because this representative Nonni wanted to make sure that there was complete follow through in the process. In the 2nd phone call she told me that her shift was ending soon, but if she hadn't received the necessary information from another department, she would advise her colleagues and ask them to call me when they had the information. 20 or so minutes after her shift had ended and she should have been on her way, she called me as she saw the information come in. Now that was above and beyond! She obviously understood "Customer Service", and wanted to make that me (the customer) got SERVICE. She could simply have returned to work the next day and assumed someone else passed the information on to me. But no. In her own time, she delayed her leaving her work place to make sure that I had the information I was waiting for. Unexpectedly I received another call this morning from her as a follow up to so that I understood the next steps in the process and when the transfer of funds would be completed. This employee should receive an award for outstanding care and diligence in ensuring that a customer gets excellent and thorough service. If we all consider the frustration we go through dealing with inadequate knowledge, understanding of an issue, or even care about the customer when a customer service line is called, then a person like Nonni stands out as one of a kind. Any company would benefit greatly if a Nonni could be found to be employed in their customer service/client associate department. She should be taken on tour as corporate trainer to teach others what Customer Service is all about. She's a winner!!!! I'm grateful for her service in my request.
Booking trades on their website is very straightforward. I am also very pleased with the rapidity of transfers of the purchased currency once the funds to be exchanged have been delivered to OFX. I have previously used several different companies to transfer my UK pension into Canadian dollars including XE.com, Currency Fair and Tor Fx, but OFX not only gives better rates but a more timely completion of transfer so that I have rarely had to contact my account manager, but when I have, they have been easily available.
I got fabulous help from Nellie. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and also in good humour.
The whole transaction was straightforward, easy and fast.
I had a great experience working with Vanessa Harri from OFX. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when I called about a transfer to Mexico. She took the time to answer all my questions clearly and made the entire process feel smooth and secure. I really appreciated her professionalism and support.

I just completed my first money transfer and found the entire experience worked very well. My situation was a bit complicated at first to gather all the information needed to be approved, but my representative Conor was helpful and patient through the entire process.
Exchange Rates are too high, then add on $15 transaction fee. However, I did notice on this last transaction that the transaction fee was waived.

I have only positive things to say about the level of service and value we receive from OFX. I am a weekly user of OFX and required quite a bit of support to get going with their platform including 2 major changes to my client details from a previous system I migrated from. Everyone was helpful and now the system runs transparently.

Another provider put us in a tough spot and OFX jumped in quickly and was able to help.
I won't go into details, but we operate a business and couldn't effectively process payments. We signed up for OFX for the functionality we needed and next business day Sinead Duffy called me directly to get us onboarded and answer my questions.

Excellent, personal, customer service. I had difficulty making an urgent fund transfer to a Latin-America account due to complicated, local banking, identification, and taxation procedures. When the transfer did not go through I was contacted by a fluent, English-speaking representative, with sufficient understanding of Spanish, and who intelligently diagnosed and promptly and successfully facilitated the transfer. I have used, or tried to use, other services. OFX is the best.

Well my deal transfer was a challenging one but OFX stuck with me to help deal with everthing...every step of the way. My main contact was Conor Dunleavy and he was fantastic to deal with. Profesional, curtoeus and friendly every step of the way. The rest of the team was extremely helful as well. I did love the online updates via my app and the follow up that was done by OFX as my money moved around the planet.
