Repaired my sons hoover board within a…

Repaired my sons hoover board within a couple
Of weeks.
Fast response on emails and happy to assist with any queries. Only let down would be that the box returned was ripped I have missing kart straps which were in the box when returning the board for repair. Hopefully they can returned the missing items. Happy with the price of the board great deal and fast service.

Stay away!!! Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service, had to involve our credit card company to receive our money back.
The board had paint imperfections when we received it but we were told that "it's part of the painting process". They offered us a £10 refund! Fitted the cart, as per the instructions, within 10 minutes the board was damaged, due to forward and backward momentum, and had sharp pieces of metal exposed. Complained, they said send it back to be investigated. Accused me of fitting it incorrectly, offered me rubber pads they have to cure the problem....hmmm, why offer pads if it was my fault. Then harassed us for what we wanted to do with an ultimatum of have it or they'll destroy it!!
Absolutely shocking, my advice, stay away, far far away.
Please look elsewhere and save yourself from the dire experience.

Avoid!

I bought a G2 off road hoverkart bundle. It was described as suitable for adults and kids. The weight of the item was not clear in the description, only the approx weight of the passenger.
When I received the parcel I could barely lift the hoverboard box from the ground, there is no way on earth my son would be able to lift the board. Totally unsuitable for a child. If we were to go out on this and the battery ran out, there would be no way I'd be able to carry it as it is far too heavy. It says on the website satisfaction guaranteed, however I was not satisfied as the board was not fit for purpose, then after contacting customer services (and speaking with Jamie) I was told if I wanted to return, I'd have to purchase a return postal label from them for £15 FOR EACH of the two items, so it would be £30 to return?!! I tried to arrange a DPD collection myself as it seemed much cheaper that way but the service was temporarily unavailable, so I contacted them again the next day to be told a return label would then cost £20 (it was £15 the day before), which he then changed to £30 again for the two items ?!
I had bought this as a Christmas present for my son, so I'm nervous and need to get it promptly returned in order to re-purchase an alternative. It certainly wont be from this company though. Appalling.

DO NOT BUY, COWBOYS

Update. Yes the paint is starting to peel. DO NOT BUY I got a hoverboard for my daughter's birthday. it came with numerous chips and scratches including a significant one the size of a 5p. they are claiming it was a foam pads when I attach them even though it was delivered at 5. 30p.m. and the timestamp on my photo is 7 p.m. It is not near the pads and is actually impossible to sit at that position. They are not willing to fix it, just send new foam pads. While this will just flake to metal. I even have time stamped photos and the delivery app. They are 1 hour from delivery to the photo being taken. Not even enough time to charge it for the first time. It is also way too heavy for anyone under 16 and strong

Purchased the galaxy bundle and it is great, the colours are fantastic!
I had no problems ordering and the product was delivered super quick!

Great battery life hooverboards

I've bought two hoover boards with the complete seat. My girls are 10 and 6 and they are great on them. Perfect for caravan trips. The battery life is super good compared to cheaper makes and models out there. The only real criticism is both hoover karts have broken, my husband is a welder so he easily fixed both of them, this would be a real problem for some. But as I say other than that great!

Rob their own granny

Ordered board and cart for over £300.
Luckily tried it instead of wrapping it for xmas, it was for my 9yo daughter.
Board would not turn on or show any signs of life, even after full charge. Emailed this joke of a company who wanted a clip of me trying to turn it on. Tried and clip wasnt letting me send it through email.
Told them about this and was told I would need to pay returns for sending this pile of #### back. I'm currently going through the ombudsman and my card to recoupe the money.
They ain't even answering my emails to give me details of have to return. I will take a hit and pay the returns if I could get a answer.
I'm sure they will answer this review to make out they have done all they can to not put of future customers reading this.
Trust me and save your money for a reliable company. Learn from my mistake. Wish I'd read negative reviews first. These people ain't bothered if your kid opens a dud board xmas day.
Shame on them...

My Kids LOVE IT!

Purchased the Galaxy Bundle with cart, and both my kids love it. I did a lot of research before hand, and The Official Hoverboard met all my requirements. The main selling points for me was the fact the hoverboards are CE & UL safe certified and they use Samsung Batteries. The free next day shipping was a nice bonus as well. The hoverboard is used every day in our house!

The biggest gift bought for my grandsons. They loved 😍 them.

The items I bought for my Grandsons
Gave them great excitement as they were chosen for their colours and power and they both have had many days of exercise on their Hoover Boards and still enjoy the pleasure of showing them to their school mates who love them also.
It was expensive gift 🎁 for both of them but we'll worth it to see their faces light up wit joy.

Hoverboard/cart set - very happy so far

Bought this board and cart set as a present for my grandson who has been desperate for a hover board for the last year and this Galaxy set is exactly what he wants. The bundle price was in the range I was looking for and delivery was excellent, well packed and arriving within just 3 days of my order. Just left to hope that all goes well on Christmas Day.
