As with so many others, goods ordered in November have still failed to materialise despite many promises they will be received…. Have also asked for credit card refund….

Like many others. I placed an order for 2 juicers in November did receive a couple of responses to my emails apologising for delays They actually sent me the e book for juice however radio silence to my last two or three emails. I am now going to raise this with my credit card to retrieve the money

Took my money in the beginning of November, still no sign of my order
When i e mail, i get an e mail back with apologies and how it will be with me within 5 days etc !!! Utter Lies
DONT NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY !!! I HOPE WHOEVER IS IN CHARGE OF THIS SCAM OUTFIT ROTS IN HELL !!!!

Had the same experience as many others. Ordered 2 juicers in November. No sign. Dreadful. Initiated a chargeback from my credit card provider. Avoid at all costs.

As with all the other reviews, I placed my order in November 2024 and have received nothing except a few placating emails. I have asked for a refund on several occasions, these emails have not been responded to.

Same as others, this is a total scam. Ordered juicer on 17th November, still not arrived and probably won't ever arrive. PLEASE AVOID.

I ordered 2 juicers from official juicer and they have not arrived despite numerous emails to the company and them says there are problems with delivery, but still delivery. I would not recommend this company

Seriously don’t bother and get a Nutribullet - arrived 6 weeks late and doesn’t work

Never buy from this company! Their lack of communication and lies about the order process in their emails are appalling.

I ordered a portable juicer in November 2024 and my order still hasn’t arrived. I received no confirmation. I then had to initiate contact. Despite multiple emails over weeks, with promises of a tracking order and delivery the following week, my order has still not arrived. I have started a chargeback with my credit card company.

Scam as others seem to have the same outcome. Do not believe the reviews on their website all must be fake

Agree with all the reviews, just wish I had checked before I ordered.. have had lots of emails from them saying about being busy and they attached a recipe book for smoothies but obviously no use without the juicer. I managed to claim through my bank luckily

Agree with all other comments. SCAM!!! I also ordered on 23rd November. Order shows 'shipped' on 26th. No Tracking no ever provided. Fool i am. Buyer BEWARE !!!

I ordered this in November, emailed numerous times, even sent one suggesting a scam to which I received a rude response. Eventually arrived, worked once. No contact since. Should have realised when their customer support was a mobile. Product has no business address on it nor does website. Have reported to trading standards and Facebook where they do most of their business

Steer well clear of this company, nothing but a complete scam! Took our money, sent us a few placatory emails about shipping issues or some such nonsense and we never received our order. Now in the process of trying to claim our wasted money back.

SCAM. I ORDERED ONE ON THE 23RD NOVEMBER .
I have not recived the item the money was taken the same day.I have sent several messages to the mobile ive had no correspondence back from them via email or phone regarding my order.The only evidence i have is a screenshot when the order was order placed

SCAM - AVOID!!! Ordered 11 November 2024 for two juicers and apart from a couple of sweet talking emails, still no juicers. They sent me a RM tracking number last Friday but after talking to RM today the scam company bought the tracking number on the RM website but never took the package to be scanned into RM for shipping probably because there is no package. Not uncommon RM said for scammers. I have started a dispute with my c/c company and also contacted Trading Standards. Please everyone else do the same!!

As previous reviews elude to. There is no product. They take your money then nothing arrives. If your lucky any enquiry will be met with an enthusiastic email telling you how you are a priority blah blah blah. No tracking no nothing. It’s a scam just avoid like the plague.

If I could give no stars I would. SCAM. Ordered on 13th Nov Plenty of time for Christmas. Money taken on 15th Nov. No customer service, just a mobile number with a voice mail. Email sent no reply. I’ve recently had 8 weeks in hospital, gravely ill following the death of my husband. Only to find the liar scam caught me. I’ve always been v vigilant regarding online ordering. I’m very cross and am contacting Watchdog on the BBC. I’m very cross.
