The phone number given on their website is on recording message only and there is no response. I am no longer getting any response from their e-mail.

Total SCAM. Ordered in November 2024. Waited for tracking number never received. Emailed them, they responded saying it will be sent out as soon as available. February 2025 and still not received. Looked on website and my ordered still says waiting to be despatched. AVOID like the plague

Terrible service, avoid this website! I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered an item from this website and never received it. Despite repeatedly reaching out to customer service, all I got were empty promises that the item was “on its way.” 11 weeks later, still nothing. They either don’t have the item or have no intention of fulfilling orders. This feels like a scam. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere—this website is unreliable and untrustworthy.

Product not delivered after 2 months
I ordered the juicer in November and I am still waiting for it.
I have emailed 3 times and had a reply with apologies and promises that it would arrive in a few days.
I was even sent an e book of recipes which allegedly was worth £15 but I would not have paid a quarter of the price.
My last email has gone unanswered.
I had read the reviews before I ordered which seemed favourable but these were quite obviously false.
I have asked for a refund but I don’t expect this will be given.

Earlier review explaining no delivery following order in Nov . I ordered mine using credit card . AMEX have now credited my account with the value paid as company not fulfilling its obligations and breach of contract if they are still solvent .
Broke after one use
I actually received the juicer and it broke after one use. Have reached out three times with no response.
I'm still not convinced this is a SCAM
I'm still not convinced this is a SCAM, however, I ordered my juicer on 30 Nov 2024 and it still has not arrived.
I emailed them and got a reply saying they would expect the item to be delivered by the start of this year, however, nothing yet.
They have not responded to either of my two further emails, the second of which was asking for a full refund.
How long do you give a company? Have they gone bust? I see the last time they replied to anyone was in Jan 2024!
Avoid this company
ordered in November like so many others, emails and promises for delivery back and forth. Lodged complaint with paypal and evidenced emails etc but thought they took it to the next stage if nothing back.. now £31 out of pocket.
